@@PatOutdoors there are people in the mantis fb group who say they already have the tune. When i spoke to rawrr on the phone they mentioned the tune also but quickly mentioned the top speed will still be 50mph. The top speed limit is definitely software based.
@@MrJroc04si Ah that's what I suspected. This is actually why I'm still looking at aftermarket controller options so we can touch at least 60 MPH eventually..

More updates coming soon! Rawrr’s tech support team has been very helpful and they already have my controller on the way back to me. I’ll put it back on and give yall an update
If controller is 90A, 20s6p config will get you 72v 30Ah 90A specs using typical Samsung 21700 50 cells as each cell is rated 5000mah and 15A discharge. 5000mah x 6 = 30000mah, and 15A x 6 = 90A. This would mean mantis is squeezing the cells to max rated spec already and battery is limited. You can get a custom modified pack by using molicel p50b cells. Will turn it into a 72v 30Ah 290A. I push 150A to my QS 120v3 and it takes it without heat issues. I'm squeezing 11.2kw cont/20kw peak out of it.
Do you suspect that there will be enough aftermarket options for this bike? I’d like to get a couple for the family but only if I knew I could upgrade to 12-15kw output in the future without hacking the frame up
The light can be unplugged and taken off. That's what I did since I won't be riding at night for now. The spare front number plate replaces the light or you can just leave it on. An off selection on the switch would be nice though.
Pat - Have you figured out where those rubber blocks go ?
