For me considering the age of the material application for dirt biking it will take ten years from first model to building a reliable market expectation with a consumer base after ten years of something it's had time to refine all the fiddly manufacturing stuff I would say we're almost there definitely in the next couple years yeah we will be able to whip these with the reliability of dirt bikes

The steering lock only works if both wheels are on the ground. Stand the bike up on the rear tire and you can walk away with the bike. Not to mention your bike is still light enough to be thrown into the back of a truck by a single person.
Actually that's not true. Once the steering column is locked, they can steal it, but it's not like there going to be able to ride with a locked steering column. They could sell it though, but they'd have to tell the people that it works and some people might not take that, some people might wanted to try it out before purchasing a USED E-bike.

The motor is ok but just a standard gearbox qs60 3000w nominal. The battery is 72v and only 2160wh compared to the 60v talaria 2400wh battery.

It’s closer in spec to the “mantis all” but 100v instead of 72v and under $4k. Additionally, warranty coverage from this company 12 months. Begode and extreme bull / extreme wheel have been pretty good at replacing warranty parts.
Rawer has the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in awhile. Buyer beware. Be prepared for zero support when your bike fails. And it will fail. My front brake line exploded on my 3rd ride. Zero help from rawrr after a week of emails and phone calls.

By the way the Anioki A8 PRO MAX DUAL MOTOR is the most complete e-bike ever and it's like a motorcycle. 300 mm rotor best stopping in the industry. Dual 1800 w motors, a massive chain ring with rust proof chain. The chainring is so big that I was able to peddle and make a difference at 39 miles an hour.

Called and emailed multiple times and I still have yet to get a new front brake. Resorted to buying a new brake myself. Avoid RAWRR.

Cool bikes but we all know these will be ridden by kids like Cody who are too young and shouldn’t be riding them as fast as they do. Ultimately these will cause law crackdowns on all rideables.
Cody's dad loves that his kid likes to go outdoors instead of sitting at home playing video games. We do think that anyone who rides them should wear the proper safety gear and limit their kid's top speeds. Maybe the app will allow you to limit the power but we don't know since it isn't updated for the new models yet.

Agreed, the Talaria/Surrons draw a ton of the wrong kind of attention whenever we do group rides. Cops never sweat us if it’s just EUCs / eskates.
