Who designed this condo 🙄 That's the WORST spot to place the staircase. Stairs is blocking the view. Such an awkward layout.
Take out the downstairs shower and put in a washer and dryer and I’m sorry but all you want to smell in the kitchen is food cooking and not smells coming from the toilet, the hotel is nice but the layout of a lot of apartments in Thailand just don’t make sense and the prices are getting rather high for what they are.

I REMEMBER '68 HUA HIN WAS JUST A WIDE SPOT ON THE GULF OF SIAM ROAD. NOW THAIS CANT AFFORD THEIR OWN TOWN
At 132.000$ you rent for 22 years you free to move if you don’t like it. Free to move to Vietnam or Cambodia. Remember you pay maintenance every months. At 60”..70”… is cheaper to rent. I live in pattaya. I see many people’s Lose big and regret buying apartments. I see guys just leave the apartment and leave back to they own country because of problems. I rent my apartment like I rent my girlfriends. I free to move quickly very quickly. On the run. I thinking to go live in Vietnam , easy to buy. Good luck to sell.

Sometimes happens when they combine two or more unit. I've seen in Chicago and NYC a few times.
great place, but dont need the extra bath and toilet in the bottom floor, makes no sense. should have been extra storage or washer dryer
Common area and views are not so nice. Unit is ok. Price is just a bit high for quality of amenities and location

This place is right next to the airport (see the map on the website).
The range hood is so low even she would hit her head on it, let alone tall foreigners. Plus there are only 2 burners (in Australia, everyone has 4, plus a fan-forced oven with gril) Also having the toilet and shower open to the kitchen is really poor design.
How much are the monthly upkeep costs? Those huge swimming pools, gardens, elevators, etc. all need maintenance. Ah,

Since this year, I have to pay far too much tax as a foreigner and as a thank you for this, I have to pay higher prices everywhere and have no rights. I won't be buying any more property in Thailand, as planned in 2023.
So what taxes u need to pay cause unless you work in Thailand more than 180 days you pay taxes If your going to retire here on a retirement visa from another country your money is not taxed Period this has been stated by the Thai embassy as of Jan 2024 Stop the bs from other TH-camrs I live here
Even if you are in Thailand for 180 days or more yall need to go on Thai government website and read there tax law and stop making assumptions.If you earn at least $150,000 usd or more a year u pay 35% in federal taxes a year.If you earn $100,000 usd or more a year u pay at least 30%.If you earn $60,000-$100,000 u pay 25% or lower and if u earn less than $60,000 a year u pay less than 25% so I’m not understanding what is with all of this complaining.The second when yall hear taxes u think that your paying high percentage rates through the roof like the USA your not 🤔🤣.And besides the taxes don’t apply to most people because most of us that are young earn less than $150,000 a year but again if y’all would stop paying attention to the headlines and go on there website and read it is paragraphs long but o well shut up and put your brain to work and stop complaining about what yall don’t have enough knowledge of.

The answer is yes. I also will be taxed on every dollar I spend in Thailand.
So why buy? And, why live in Thailand?
I can use the taxes that Thailand wants to travel all over SE Asia and spend a few months in each country and rent.
