Very nice condo and views for just over GBP46,000 plus cheap maintenance fee of GBP12 per month. I love it. Hopefully one is available when I come over early next year.
The one bedroom would be the perfect size for me. You can have the windows tinted on that divider wall to better separate the bedroom and living room. Good deal.
Spacious condo! All the new condos are like shoe boxes - I'd be constantly running into furniture or walls. These older condos have much more space for the money. If I ever buy a condo in Thailand, I'll look for an older one like this.
Yeah, I probably wouldn't buy one of the large ones, but that one for $57K wouldn't break the bank, and it would be a nice getaway while still maintaining my residence in the U.S. @@thailivingusaexpat-cb8dw

I really like the 48 sqm place--it's enough room for me and a great price. That one bedroom place (145 sqm) is fantastic but has more space than I really need.
Nice condos! They all look to be nice size for what they are. I need to learn more about Thailand I am hearing more and more about it and it is all good!
That 56,700 into pounds was approx 55 grand, i have just purchased a house for my son and his family after leaving the forces, i could have got a few at this price, 60 in a few months and i am so close to selling up and moving and Thailand is looking number one
From what I remember, you technically just need to cross over the border, renew, and then return. You could probably eventually work toward citizenship as well, but I don't really know about that part

Yes well these videos are marketed for foreign buyers who are financial and want to retire in thailand and can qualify for extended visa requirements so is marketed to those people
Now that's what I call a Condo, anything less than that I would call a unit, apartment or a flat!!! Very nice but the finer things in life come with a price!
Love the larger 1 and 3 bedrooms. How much are they and is there a 2 bedroom What would the minimum down payment be and how much would the monthly payment be? How much would the refrigerator microwave and a combination washer and dryer be? I'd like a lower floor like 1, 2 3 or 4
That studio looks amazing, that would do me fine and the balcony is really big for a studio , You will obviously spend some time in your apartment but more time outside ❤ But what are the hidden costs for foreign owners , Foreigners pay more for the condos , also what are the maintenance fees per month ? The big one studio is 1.99M THB and then it goes up tremendously for the one bedroom to 9M THB. From $50k to $240k is a lot! Sadly to say I can only afford the big one. 😅
Absolutely, I recently stayed in a hotel on the next Soi with a view toward this condo. Barely any lights on at night and the pool was always empty. If you like a quiet life, this place will fit the bill until building starts on the vacant land nearby 😜
Well thailand is a lot more developed than Philippines a lot more condos for sale but cost of living is higher in thailand and long stay visa is more complicated you must deposit a certain amount of money in Thai bank account to qualify etc and you still need to renew your visa regularly and fly back out and in again and show you have a certain amount of income as well to support yourself in thailand
Always same pbs with the condos, the bedroom is close go the natural light, (that you don't need when you are sleeping). While the day rooms( kitchen & living room) are dark all day.
Nice condos, especially the 2nd unfurnished one. The "2nd Kitchen" seems to be a Utility Room, not a Kitchen. Probably used as additional storage / larder if needed. The 1st kitchen has a duct for a cooker hood. Am I pedantic? Yes I am.

Maintenance fee is 10,000 baht a month ?

Maintenance fee is 10,000 per month or annually

The three bedroom looked like a dream home.
For $430,000 US dollars in Thailand it better be. You can buy a beachfront villa for that price.
Oh, that’s much more in line with what I’m looking for. Lots of room in that 1 bedroom and the 3 bedroom is huge! ❤

If you look in the description only the studio is 60k usd the rest are 200k - 430k usd (15.7m tbh!!!) that’s crazy you can live in Miami for cheaper
Not beachfront. Maybe beachfront at coco beach. Shitty old 2 bedroom basic as it gets for $400k.
