lol… 33 million is nothing in Bangkok . And if u think that 1 million$ will buy the same thing in NY , you are very mistaken . I thought it was more like 40 to 50 million baht .
That being said , some of the interior design is not that great . And price might be lower if the neighborhood isn’t ideal . But it’s Asoke … rather expensive . I lived not that far away in a property half of the value . Two swimming pools , two gyms , a movie theatre … now where will u find that in New York ? A condo with a communal swimming pool is an exception

@@kevinchen9627 the average income is in no way relevant to this topic . There are many rich locals in areas like Thong Lor or near witthayu road or Ratchadamri road . Bangkok has many highly paid foreign expats who make 300,000 baht or far more than that . I was on 500,000 baht net per month , plus car , driver and free medical. There are tens of thousands like that .
Certain condos go up to 20 million dollar . Chinese buy large amounts of condos , often luxurious giant penthouses .
