Yea,, you could buy a cheaper mh for $16k,, but then they kill u with park fee of $1000 a month. I would never pay that. For what? water and trash? , Someone is making a lot of money off residents.
People don't understand 1 thing about mobile home lot rent prices. When you add a pool to the park the prices will skyrocket. And how often would you really use the pool? Best choice....no pool. I pay 435 in a nice are in West Central Florida. Lot rent was 360 years ago and now 435. Thats not a bad increase. Where i live a place sells relatively fast if priced right. But some people think that they can ask for a ridiculous amount. But because of the low lot rent they sell fast. And there are a few places in my area with lower lot rent. 675 isn't low lot rent .Thats crazy high. Im hoping not to see mine that high for 10 years.

And I’d Find That Out Before Forking Out the $75.00 the Park Wants For an Application / Background Check Fee
