I just found your TH-cam page. This video was great, one suggestion when you’re doing your editing and sort of picture of the Florida map with a star on it instead of having to scroll out that was the one thing I thought I’d have to go look up first is, where on the map generally the location was I’ll keep watching planning on a move in the next year to two
A 76-year-old friend of mine lives in Zephryhills, FL on SSI getting only $943 a month. She owns an older trailer in that town with lot rent somewhere in the $325 or so range. She would like to move into the Port Richey/New Port Richey/Hudson area to be closer to what she calls better healthcare facilites than what she claims she has locally. But nothing in those areas seems to offer her anywhere near that amount. And there's no low-income apartments available. Too long waiting lists. I feel for her.
I would be interested in seeing just the one you advertised for $15K at $300 lot rent, and thats it.., Or a video that shows a half dozen or so mobilehomes with lot rent under like $500.. Thanks.
Hi Susan thank you for doing this! I have a request I hope you will consider. Could you add covering empty lots available to place a home of your choice? That would be helpful for those of us trying to determine if that’s a viable option in Florida. Thank you!
Susan …I am looking for 5 acres lot…no houses, around north central Florida between Tallahassee and Jacksonville …at a good price …preferible along or close to a two lane highway …
