    Really appreciate seeing other anglers thought processes on how they tackle the water. Especially when it's the same river you fish!

    I'm new to fly fishing and I want to learn. Fly tying also interest me. Thanks for the amazing videos and information about both.

    You should do a video on casting a euro rig! As much as I try and try I continue to lob my casts when I have a euro leader on

    Nice presentation. I'm just learning Euro Nymphing with my 4 weight Sage set up so your lesson was invaluable. I wouldn't like to fall into that torent! I tend to wade and fish but that's not obviously an option with all that snowmelt. Much appreciated down-under in NZ.

    Great video again! Like I said in prior comment I’d love to know about who you are, where you’re from, how you ended up doing euro nymph videos on TH-cam , etc. Also, “pack dump” videos are cool too. I love dialing in my kit and like to compare with how others set theirs up. Keep it up my dude!

    I wish I had a river of that quality nearby. Going to tie up some PT with the blue collar for sure, good to have variants.

    I like your approach. I have a question for your Q&A session. I was wondering about your experience with your euro rods breaking, or that of people you know. Do you really have to be that delicate with these rods? What scenarios caused them to break? Snags, big fish, etc. Thanks, Darren.

    Like your process on finding those bad boys. What river are you fishing? Not much snow like around here. Hard to fish here with deep snow and ice at its edges. Thanks for sharing.

      Hey thanks! We had a bunch of snow but could use more in the mountains...

    Thanks for the video. As all of your videos, very enjoyable end educational. Could you please tell me how that Sage ESN compares to the TT? Are they both same length/weight? Is one easier to cast/fish with vs the other? How about sensitivity? Which one would be better for start learning euro nymphing with? Thank you.

    Thanks for the Info! How long is your leader material from the fly line to the flies on average?

    • @FlyingTies
      @FlyingTies  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! Total from fly line to fly (in leader material) is generally 19-21'

    How do you mount your GoPro to the chest pack? I love my chest pack but don’t use it when I use my GoPro because I haven’t found a way to mount it. Thanks for your time.

    • @FlyingTies
      @FlyingTies  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m just using some of the GoPro attachment accessories that they sell. But the chest pack is just not that great for gopro attachment.

    Do you like the ESN or the T&T?

    How deep were you fishing (how many feet?)? Also, I live in HV, would love to drive over MtHood to fish, but nervous about the roads in the winter.

    • @FlyingTies
      @FlyingTies  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most of the fish I was finding were in 3-6’ of water. You would probably need to drive around vs going over the mountain I’m guessing
