Went to the river yesterday with just my nymph box and euro rod. Had to walk through a cloud of BWO’s to get to the water. Tied on your pattern just for grins, I had spun up 4 of them just because they looked good. Absolutely crushed them. Great pattern, thanks for sharing!
local stream is a tailwater with 100% wild trout and BWOs hatch all year long. This pattern seriously kills. Came back to confirm the CDC color that I used and wanted to share. Thanks man!

Good to hear :)
Really clean tie, and I love the concept; it's like Utah Killer Bug meets France Fly! Keep the great content coming. Tim
Hey thanks Tim! And thanks for watching, much appreciation.
This is brilliant! Micro tubing isn’t super available or easy to get in Western Canada so this is a god send. Love your stuff man!
Thanks!
Definitely going to add this to my collection. Thanks
👍🏻
what a unique pattern I will definitely tie some up . thanx PS thanx for the material showing. nice touch😊👍
These nymphs look great!
thanks :)
Love it. Simple, yet eloquent
👍🏻
Definitely going to try this. Thanks
Let me know how it works for you!
Nice! This will definitely make it into the tying rotation!
Let me know how it works out for you!
Very nice! I’ll give that a go. One thing about the video, can you zoom in a little bit more. Thanks. 👍
I’ll be sure to do that :)
@@FlyingTies I’ve just come across your channel for the first time! Love the small jig nymphs. From Ireland 🇮🇪 🎣 👍
@@WeeManSham thanks!
Apart from needing binoculars to see the fly, looks great!
Nice tying 👍👍thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching
Genius! I'll tie some for my Catskill Trip
Awesome!
How many times have cut your tying thread while cutting your CDC feathers from the quill ?
Not sure I have
nice tie
Thanks!
Ok dad I’ve made my decision about your channel and it’s not cringy af you’re welcome. 🤓
👍🏻
I like it, Maybe double over the 140 and tie the ends in so it stays in a loop, making it easier to twist. CDC makes everything more sexy. Thanks.
Good idea!
Not spin it. Lou
Ckwise? Wont it unraver as you go further?
I meant: why don't you spin it clockwise
Where’s the recipe?
At the end of the video 😂
Please get closer to the fly. A lot closer.
