I love your videos Carlos. They are so helpful. I like that you are trying to build a community where we level up together. As an amateur filmmaker myself, I appreciate people who are willing to share the knowledge and are not too good to do so. So thank you. When all this virus stuff is over I would like to buy you a coffee in appreciation and maybe pick your brain a bit for some advice as I am in Fargo as well.
Hi Carlos. Great video! I swapped the Arri Pro kit for this one and am very happy with it as well. What is the attachment you're using for the stock monitor at the front of the handle?
Hello Carlos, when you had your c500 mkII, how did you store the camera without having to unrig the cage. I currently own Jason cases for the camera body. But now that I have purchased the expert kit, I would like to store it without having to break down the cage.
Thanks, Carlos! I'm picking up a C200, and I'm interested in the Bright Tang cage kit for it. Should I go with the base kit to start, or is there value for diving into the expert or advanced straight away?
Really good video, Carlos, perfect fit for your channel. I enjoyed it just to see what is important to a professional video person. Efficiency is high up on your list, as it should be. Thanks.
What none of the reviews talk about is the huge base plate and the tripod head you need to attach the base plate to. I have an Sachtler FSB 4 and an O'Conner 1030D and the base plate for the expert cage kit for the C500 MKII will not fit on either one of them. I have no desire to purchase another system so will likely return the kit unless anyone has ideas on how to solve this without purchasing a new tripod head? Also reached out to Bright Tangerine for suggestions and have not heard back.
Great video Carlos. I love the BT left field sliding plate. I combined mine with the wooden camera top handle as it has the 15mm rod adapter built in. Works great! Can I ask what the adapter you use for the C500 lcd screen is? Thanks mate
Hey Carlos, Big fan of your work, I'm either going to get the Bright Tangerine Advanced Kit or Shape Cage and Handle with EVF and wanted to know what you think about two options! FYI My focus is Narrative and Episodic shooting but I freelance as a videographer on the side and have operate like a one man band most times requiring Shotgun attached.
What I like about the BT kit is the extra dovetail that make it easy to go from tripod to shoulder and or gimbal. The quick release side mount system is very nice and IMO worth every penny
The short dovetail is part of the advanced kit and the long dovetail is added to the expert kit. It is a standard Arri size dovetail so if you have one it will work
@@KamalJones thanks for considering Bright Tangerine, if you have any other questions feel free to reach out to us. If you're plann8ing to run the EVF, also take a look at our upcoming Axl EVF mount that is shipping soon.
Carlos, this is a bit off topic, but Canon updated the LUT files on their website: the latest file collection is canon-lut-201911.zip, It seems to be the same file for all of the cameras with clog - everything from the 5D Mark IV to the Cinema EOS cameras. I downloaded and took a look. All the filenames are different from the previous versions, and the ReadMe files are a combination of Japanese, French and a sprinkling of English. I thought you might want to take a look, if you haven't already and if there's enough difference, maybe update one of your earlier videos? I'm a 5D Mark IV shooter, and I'm not sure I can use any of these because they all seem to be for 10, 12 or 16 bit material.
17-Grid is what you would use on 8-bit codecs 33-grid is what you would use on 10-bit codecs and 65-grid is what you would use with RAW codecs. You can also use the 1D Luts for the 5DM4.

Cheers for the review
Do you transport it built? What case are you using?
Great educational video for bright tangerine. With the accessories, you added to the Canon c300 Mark III what camera bag would you select?
Great channel and that is a very nice rig! Shoutout to Bright Tangerine
Thanks 👍
BT always delivers the goods. Well done my friend.
Thanks Levi!
Great Video!Keep up the good work.
Thanks Bert!
Hi Carlos. Great video! I swapped the Arri Pro kit for this one and am very happy with it as well. What is the attachment you're using for the stock monitor at the front of the handle?
I use this SmallRig Monitor mount amzn.to/3fgfA6d

DOPE video man! This rig looks perfect. I would love to get a BT kit for my C200!
You should! it is totally worth it!
The kit is the same for the C200, just with different side plates. Handy if you ever upgrade cameras, you will just need to add the side plates.
Thanks, Carlos! I'm picking up a C200, and I'm interested in the Bright Tang cage kit for it. Should I go with the base kit to start, or is there value for diving into the expert or advanced straight away?
I think the base kit to start is a good option, that will allow you to see which other accessories you might actually use and need.
@@carlosq00 Thank you!
What adapter did you use to mount your canon LCD screen?
nvm found it below!
