Today i was able to do the entire workout with 7.5 kg dumbbells. Earlier i use to switch between 5 and 7 kgs dumbbells for dumbbell hiit. Also i have hit another landmark towards my goal weight. Officially lost 15kgs! I can’t thank Caroline and this community for this achievement. So happy today!
@@001-nishantbariar4 it is not a rocket science. For me it is consistency. I have made workouts a part of my routine. Also i make sure to add raw veggies (salads) and protein in my diet. I eat everything honestly, have not cut down on anything but yeah i have become mindful of my snacking habits. Just be patient and don’t obsess about numbers on the scale rather focus on other gains. If you are lifting then celebrate that extra rep or heavier dumbbells. Good health will come eventually.

I actually started crying when "We're Dynamite" played during cooldown. Can't believe I can actually be strong enough, physically and mentally, to push through till the end, even if I have to take a stop somewhere along the way. This is by far the best and the hardest workout program that I have ever done! I would really like to thank Caroline! ❤ Because of her I am able to listen to my body... Earlier, I ate very less food and worked out like for an hour with no rest days! But in that period of time, I wasn't progressing in my moves and I didn't even have enough energy to push myself! I was getting weaker weaker and weaker day by day☹️but Caroline made me believe that I can eat my favourite food but at the same time I can burn it off as well! She made me able to listen to my body. Because of her, now I love my body💖There's something in Caroline that makes me push even harder! She has made not only mine but so many people's lives better!! 😇😍props to her🙌🙌🙌may god bless her abundantly 🥰
Yea I definitely agree with you Caroline's workouts are harder than any other workouts I did too but fun and engaging!! One of the many things I learned from Caroline is to be consistent and patient and we'll get there where we want to be in no time😁

I love HIIT with dumbbells, as it won't wear me out as bodyweight HIITs do. I increased the weight of the dumbbells from 5 to 8 kg each today and feel soooo proud and overwhelmed with feelings that my progress turns to be so obvious and visible. Sundays just come round so quickly, and one thing is consistent Sunday HIIT. That was a great one. Today I used 10kgs to up the speed and it worked a treat. Loved the pace and how the exercises where linked. Great Cal burn approx 264 and the heart rate was up. Certainly a great way to start the day. Have a great day everyone 😀

This is my entertainment every morning. Coffee and workout preview, plus reading the comments. I don’t comment daily but, Caroline, I wanted to let you know I am loving HEAT as much as the last two Epics. Sometimes I do add on the bonus workout depending on my energy. The legs day last week: ouch for two days!! My favourite HIIT is a DB HIIT so am really looking forward to today’s session, followed up by your Unwind video. Today’s workout was so good! I can’t believe we’ve made it to day 10. I’m so proud of myself and I hope everyone else is to. I had to take 2 extra minute breaks but that’s far less than the 10 minute break I took last Friday. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to do it without a break by day 50!

When I started Caroline”s programs I was completely intimidated of HIIT but being the incredible trainers that she is, she pushed me through: This was definitely a sweaty one and pushed me even when I wanted to stop! I did the Friday and Sunday workouts in one session and boy do I feel sweaty!?! My commitment is to not fall behind the schedule each week, so if I miss a couple of days, I make up on Sunday and make sure I always keep up beginning Monday! Well that was just fantastic!!! I particularly loved the suitcase squats to jump. But far more importantly I felt the fittest I’ve felt since I was in my twenties while doing it, and as I’m now in my very late fifties that’s not too shabby. Today I got my first compliment from my husband 💪! And yesterday was the first day I was able to fit in my pre pregnancy pants 🎉. I started with your beginner program 3 months postpartum and now I am in it till the end . Consistent hard work pays off❣️ thank you for your amazing free programs 🫶🏼
Caroline's Dumbell HIIT videos are the only HIIT workouts I can do because there isn't many plyo exercises I need to modify. I used 7.5kg dumbbells. The plank to row side plank I could only do a few on my toes and the rest were planks on my toes but the side planks on one knee. For the (tricep) push ups to rows to tuck the push-ups were on my knees.
I felt so sad yesterday that I felt like I didn't deserve to workout, my body image at an all time low. Today I shook it off and said NO, YOU ARE WORTH IT. You deserve to feel epic! So I did the workout, and thank god I did. Mood and mindset both a lot stronger right now. To all those feeling sad, do this. You won't regret it I promise. I'm one day late but I showed up in the end and Im a sweating, smiling mess ha Thanks Caroline!

I am a sweaty mess... I used my 12's at the start but finished with my 8's. This was challenging yet fun. my best friend talked me into trying out this program with her and I was very much intimidated but it is only day 10 and I already see some great changes in my body. I feel more balanced out, I see some muscle gain, some fat loss and overall just more confidence because I know i can do it. Can't wait to see the version of myself when we finish the program. This is one so far the hardest dumbbell hit workout. I've completed your last 3 (10week) programs now on this the 4th. Was a struggle but kept up with you can proud of myself. HR was consistently around 177. Down 25lbs. :) YOU CAN DO IT EVERYONE! Thanks Caroline!

Today i was able to do the entire workout with 7.5 kg dumbbells. Earlier i use to switch between 5 and 7 kgs dumbbells for dumbbell hiit. Also i have hit another landmark towards my goal weight. Officially lost 15kgs! I can’t thank Caroline and this community for this achievement. So happy today!

@@001-nishantbariar4 it is not a rocket science. For me it is consistency. I have made workouts a part of my routine. Also i make sure to add raw veggies (salads) and protein in my diet. I eat everything honestly, have not cut down on anything but yeah i have become mindful of my snacking habits. Just be patient and don’t obsess about numbers on the scale rather focus on other gains. If you are lifting then celebrate that extra rep or heavier dumbbells. Good health will come eventually.

This is by far the best and the hardest workout program that I have ever done! I would really like to thank Caroline! ❤ Because of her I am able to listen to my body... Earlier, I ate very less food and worked out like for an hour with no rest days! But in that period of time, I wasn't progressing in my moves and I didn't even have enough energy to push myself! I was getting weaker weaker and weaker day by day☹️but Caroline made me believe that I can eat my favourite food but at the same time I can burn it off as well! She made me able to listen to my body. Because of her, now I love my body💖There's something in Caroline that makes me push even harder! She has made not only mine but so many people's lives better!! 😇😍props to her🙌🙌🙌may god bless her abundantly 🥰
Yea I definitely agree with you Caroline's workouts are harder than any other workouts I did too but fun and engaging!! One of the many things I learned from Caroline is to be consistent and patient and we'll get there where we want to be in no time😁

I love HIIT with dumbbells, as it won't wear me out as bodyweight HIITs do. I increased the weight of the dumbbells from 5 to 8 kg each today and feel soooo proud and overwhelmed with feelings that my progress turns to be so obvious and visible. A brilliant HIIT session today! My second round of EPIC HEAT, one year and a half later, this workout was super fun! One of my favorites so far. Thanks, Caroline!
Sundays just come round so quickly, and one thing is consistent Sunday HIIT. That was a great one. Today I used 10kgs to up the speed and it worked a treat. Loved the pace and how the exercises where linked. Great Cal burn approx 264 and the heart rate was up. Certainly a great way to start the day. Have a great day everyone 😀

I don’t comment daily but, Caroline, I wanted to let you know I am loving HEAT as much as the last two Epics. Sometimes I do add on the bonus workout depending on my energy. The legs day last week: ouch for two days!! My favourite HIIT is a DB HIIT so am really looking forward to today’s session, followed up by your Unwind video. Today’s workout was so good! I can’t believe we’ve made it to day 10. I’m so proud of myself and I hope everyone else is to. I had to take 2 extra minute breaks but that’s far less than the 10 minute break I took last Friday. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to do it without a break by day 50!

I did the Friday and Sunday workouts in one session and boy do I feel sweaty!?! My commitment is to not fall behind the schedule each week, so if I miss a couple of days, I make up on Sunday and make sure I always keep up beginning Monday! Caroline, big hugs to you for the wonderful HEAT program!!! It’s perfect for a busy working mom like me!!!!
Crushed it with 7,5 kg dumbbells but I’m sure I saw death in the reflection of the drops of my sweat on the mat somewhere through the workout ☠️ - I can confidently say it’s going to be one of my favourites! 💕 Thank You so much Caroline ❤️❤️❤️

Well that was just fantastic!!! I particularly loved the suitcase squats to jump. But far more importantly I felt the fittest I’ve felt since I was in my twenties while doing it, and as I’m now in my very late fifties that’s not too shabby. Thanks so much Caroline it’s all down to your amazing program, please keep up the excellent work! 😊💪💪👍

Caroline's Dumbell HIIT videos are the only HIIT workouts I can do because there isn't many plyo exercises I need to modify.
I used 7.5kg dumbbells.
The plank to row side plank I could only do a few on my toes and the rest were planks on my toes but the side planks on one knee.
For the (tricep) push ups to rows to tuck the push-ups were on my knees.
HELP! Had to stop a few times for oxygen! Lord that girl has energy! That was so hard!! But still loved it. ❤️
I felt so sad yesterday that I felt like I didn't deserve to workout, my body image at an all time low. Today I shook it off and said NO, YOU ARE WORTH IT. You deserve to feel epic! So I did the workout, and thank god I did. Mood and mindset both a lot stronger right now.
To all those feeling sad, do this. You won't regret it I promise. I'm one day late but I showed up in the end and Im a sweating, smiling mess ha

I am a sweaty mess... I used my 12's at the start but finished with my 8's. This was challenging yet fun. Rehydrating during and after this one is a must. 🌈🌈💪🏻💪🏻😜😜 can't believe we are done with week 2 these challenges go by so fast. Caroline thank you for the great challenges I know I can speak for all of us when I say i/we are so grateful to you for all if these fantastic challenges and workout that you provide for us. It goes to show we don't need fancy equipment to get into shape. We need discipline and you as you are the best trainer I have ever had. 10days done...im so happy that I'm pushing myself to finish the workout everyday. I tried epic 2 and I gave up after 1st week because she kicked my ass. This time I'm not quitting ,I'm gonna finish the 10weeks even if I die on the process..😂😂

my best friend talked me into trying out this program with her and I was very much intimidated but it is only day 10 and I already see some great changes in my body. I feel more balanced out, I see some muscle gain, some fat loss and overall just more confidence because I know i can do it. Can't wait to see the version of myself when we finish the program. This is one so far the hardest dumbbell hit workout. I've completed your last 3 (10week) programs now on this the 4th. Was a struggle but kept up with you can proud of myself. HR was consistently around 177. Down 25lbs. :) YOU CAN DO IT EVERYONE! Thanks Caroline!
