All finished and what a fantastic dumbbell HIIT workout! In my opinion There is no one apart from Caroline who knows how to produce a proper HIIT workout with dumbbells and I really enjoyed doing this. I don’t have 4kg dumbbells so had to use 6 kg which made the finisher tough! I also found the push ups to renegade rows a hard sequence! So at age 62, functional mobility is crucial. I had to slow it down - however the curtsy kick was huge in maintaining mobility. Thank you Caroline for helping me age well!!
OMG I made it thro!!! No breaks Thank U C I have no idea how I did improve ... but I did !!! I can also make 8 straight push-ups now ...not just rep them out but actually preform them with full on focus and control 🤩😍 absolutely proud and happy !!! I went into this workout telling myself that I wouldn't do the finisher - but then I did! Took me four times as long as Caroline and I had to take multiple breaks, but I'm still proud of not quitting. Def the hardest finisher so far (but it's hardly surprising since I know that SQP are my nemesis lol).
After completing the Endgame i decided to come back to this HIIT in particular to see if i can overcome it without many breaks like i did a month ago… it was much easier! Omg!
I'm almost 2 months ppd, only 8lbs left to go to prebaby weight. Feeling strong as hell too!!! I already see the definition back in legs and arms! Thanks for kicking my ass Caroline!

It was a great sweaty session. Loved that it was no jumping too so great for those days when you’re not feeling like jumping but still got a good sweat out of it. Going into my favorites now 🤩

I always love a good dumbbell HIIT 😍! Those squat-to-presses were really 🔥burning🔥 by the end and I was pressing 7kg in each hand so I had to stop and fix my form a few times, but I was so proud to complete the finisher 💯🏋🏻♀️. Going into it, I really wasn’t sure I could do that many reps, so I felt really accomplished to finish it and it really showed me how much I’ve grown with Caroline! If anyone is reading this and ENDGAME is your first program with Caroline, get ready to be absolutely blown away by the difference in how your body feels and moves at the end of Day 50.You’re simply the best Caroline! Morning all, wasn't this just such a fun filled session with the HR pumping and the sweat flowing. Even Caroline had a slight sheen on the brow today😜 great variety here. I loved this one! I am two weeks behind now, due to taking more rest days and taking a week of because I had covid. But I am so happy to be back and feeling the rush and dripping in sweat! :D Thanks Caroline, you are awesome.
I can only agree with Caroline, this HIT will also be one of my favourites. Once again, it was proven that you can get out there and reach your limits without jumping all the time.🙌🏼 I loved the driving music. My lightest dumps are 5 kg😳 and water bottles were not an option for me.... but as they say : no pain no gain 😂
Love this workout!!! It's challenging yet not too difficult!!! I really pushed myself to keep up with Caroline and I would say at least 80% of the time I was able to keep up since it's a HIIT I am really trying to increase the intensity by increasing the reps!! Weights I used were exactly 8lbs. Also enjoy the short stretching time with Caroline at the end! Thanks so much for this great HIIT!!!!

I've been doing your HIIT's on Wednesdays. Always intimidated going in, but have to say this one was "fun"! I really liked the integration of kick boxing style moves in the first half. Thanks, Caroline!
I do try time HIIT most of the time, I didn’t do last weeks because had such a headache and then couldn’t make it up during the week yet.. I will add it onto the last day I think, but I love using a light dumbbells to get the HR up without to much weird twists and jumps.. this looks awesome! Thanks! Love metabolic HIIT like this.

All that squatting was so tiring🥵🥵..but yet so good for building our leg endurance. My favorites were the curtsy to kick🤩, ninja to punch😍(how much fun was that!!!) and the pushup to renegade rows🥵! The staple really kept that fatigue up. And that finisher!! 🔥🥵🔥 Wow! That was exhausting but I did it!! My shoulders were on fire..and oh so tired. I definitely had to go at my own pace but yet finished strong. 100 reps completed ✔️! What a gem 💎 for a workout today. Thanks so much Caroline! I usually dread the 5th day of Hiit but this was challenging but great because hardly any burpee related moves! I loved the 25 split for the finisher because it made it go super quick. Thank you Caroline!. 💪👏👏👏👏👍💖💛
Usually I dread doing HIIT sessions, but I must say I really enjoyed today's one and time just flew by! I used 4kg dumbbells and took it down to 3kg for the finisher as I struggled through the first 25.
Always surprised to find I never left a comment why I ADORE this workout! The weights add that extra sizzle, the pace is great (thank God for a little rest time between each set), and that 💖💛 combo is so lovely! What's not to love?! Exactly why this is my "go to" for the perfect CG cardio with weights 🙏🌺😅
Interestingly, I usually dread HIIT workouts. Today I had fun...? I did pushups on my knees, but I used to do them with my hands on a desk, so I'm getting stronger! I used my fitbit to monitor my HR. I was breathing SO HARD but my HR didn't reach my HIIT zone until about halfway through the workout. When my HR finally did hit the HIIT zone, my breathing calmed down and I really enjoyed relaxing into the intensity of this workout. Thanks Caroline!
I am really impressed with this workout. My wife do not skip any of the workouts, she really enjoy them. But I needed a specific wourkout to improve my paddle board stability after two years with no training. This is an excellent one. Thank you

What a belting session. My favourite kind of hiit. Day off today so had time for the longer epic 2 hiit warm up (a mini workout in itself 🤣) and I love that add on. You start off doing the full 20 second leg lowers then it slowly dwindles down to 19, 18, 17 then 14 seconds towards the end cos you need those few seconds to reset 😂 Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Day 20 done! ✅ Used one 4kg and 15lbs dumbbells This was fire 🔥 liked dumbbell hiit but bodyweight hiit are still my fav The finisher though was so intense had to stop many times! Tested both my strength and cardio!!
My favorite Sunday HIIT so far! It was like full body weight training and HIIT all combined into one. Challenging, yet doable without being frustrated with myself 😌 LOVED this one and I’m going to save it to do again next time I need a quick, intense, full body workout!

Used 7kg DBs and that worked great for me, good resistance, could keep the speed up and still be safe. Time flies, heart rate is up, cals burn and you smile at the end, perfect way to start Sunday and finish week four. 😀

I went into this workout telling myself that I wouldn't do the finisher - but then I did! Took me four times as long as Caroline and I had to take multiple breaks, but I'm still proud of not quitting. Def the hardest finisher so far (but it's hardly surprising since I know that SQP are my nemesis lol).
After completing the Endgame i decided to come back to this HIIT in particular to see if i can overcome it without many breaks like i did a month ago… it was much easier! Omg!

Also, so love the colours you are wearing today----quite a contrast to the dreary day here when it feels like -34C with the windchill and we still have 40 cm of snow on the ground with lots of ice. Loved that it was no jumping too so great for those days when you’re not feeling like jumping but still got a good sweat out of it. Going into my favorites now 🤩

I always love a good dumbbell HIIT 😍! Those squat-to-presses were really 🔥burning🔥 by the end and I was pressing 7kg in each hand so I had to stop and fix my form a few times, but I was so proud to complete the finisher 💯🏋🏻♀️. Going into it, I really wasn’t sure I could do that many reps, so I felt really accomplished to finish it and it really showed me how much I’ve grown with Caroline! If anyone is reading this and ENDGAME is your first program with Caroline, get ready to be absolutely blown away by the difference in how your body feels and moves at the end of Day 50.You’re simply the best Caroline! Thank you for another incredible workout! Super excited for Quads and Calves day tomorrow!!
Morning all, wasn't this just such a fun filled session with the HR pumping and the sweat flowing. Even Caroline had a slight sheen on the brow today😜 great variety here. Loved the curtsy to side kick even my balance wasn't great and the ninja squat. A whole lot of fun here. Everyone will love from start to finish. Time flies by. Have fun. I loved this one! I am two weeks behind now, due to taking more rest days and taking a week of because I had covid. But I am so happy to be back and feeling the rush and dripping in sweat! :D Thanks Caroline, you are awesome.

I can only agree with Caroline, this HIT will also be one of my favourites. Once again, it was proven that you can get out there and reach your limits without jumping all the time.🙌🏼 I loved the driving music. My lightest dumps are 5 kg😳 and water bottles were not an option for me.... but as they say : no pain no gain 😂
Love this workout!!! It's challenging yet not too difficult!!! I really pushed myself to keep up with Caroline and I would say at least 80% of the time I was able to keep up since it's a HIIT I am really trying to increase the intensity by increasing the reps!! Weights I used were exactly 8lbs. Also enjoy the short stretching time with Caroline at the end! Thanks so much for this great HIIT!!!!

I've been doing your HIIT's on Wednesdays. Always intimidated going in, but have to say this one was "fun"! I really liked the integration of kick boxing style moves in the first half. Thanks, Caroline!
I do try time HIIT most of the time, I didn’t do last weeks because had such a headache and then couldn’t make it up during the week yet.. I will add it onto the last day I think, but I love using a light dumbbells to get the HR up without to much weird twists and jumps.. this looks awesome! Thanks! Love metabolic HIIT like this.
Day 20 can you believe it!!! And celebrating with the master of dumbbell HIIT Caroline and the CG community, there really is no one to match Caroline in my opinion, when it comes to devising effective HIIT workouts.

All that squatting was so tiring🥵🥵..but yet so good for building our leg endurance. My favorites were the curtsy to kick🤩, ninja to punch😍(how much fun was that!!!) and the pushup to renegade rows🥵! The staple really kept that fatigue up. And that finisher!! 🔥🥵🔥 Wow! That was exhausting but I did it!! My shoulders were on fire..and oh so tired. I definitely had to go at my own pace but yet finished strong. 100 reps completed ✔️! What a gem 💎 for a workout today. Thanks so much Caroline! Week 4 was awesome..probably my favorite week so far😁!! Can't wait to see what fun week 5 brings! See you tomorrow.

I usually dread the 5th day of Hiit but this was challenging but great because hardly any burpee related moves! I loved the 25 split for the finisher because it made it go super quick. Thank you Caroline!. 💪👏👏👏👏👍💖💛

Usually I dread doing HIIT sessions, but I must say I really enjoyed today's one and time just flew by! I used 4kg dumbbells and took it down to 3kg for the finisher as I struggled through the first 25.
Always surprised to find I never left a comment why I ADORE this workout! The weights add that extra sizzle, the pace is great (thank God for a little rest time between each set), and that 💖💛 combo is so lovely! What's not to love?! Exactly why this is my "go to" for the perfect CG cardio with weights 🙏🌺😅
Interestingly, I usually dread HIIT workouts. Today I had fun...? I did pushups on my knees, but I used to do them with my hands on a desk, so I'm getting stronger! I used my fitbit to monitor my HR. I was breathing SO HARD but my HR didn't reach my HIIT zone until about halfway through the workout. When my HR finally did hit the HIIT zone, my breathing calmed down and I really enjoyed relaxing into the intensity of this workout. Thanks Caroline!
I am really impressed with this workout. My wife do not skip any of the workouts, she really enjoy them. But I needed a specific wourkout to improve my paddle board stability after two years with no training. This is an excellent one. Thank you

What a belting session. My favourite kind of hiit. Day off today so had time for the longer epic 2 hiit warm up (a mini workout in itself 🤣) and I love that add on. You start off doing the full 20 second leg lowers then it slowly dwindles down to 19, 18, 17 then 14 seconds towards the end cos you need those few seconds to reset 😂 Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely loved this workout and HIIT workouts are by far my weakest area and usually workouts I avoid. But Caroline made it so fun and enjoyable and I loved using the light dumbbell. And the music for this workout was on point! Thank you Caroline!!! Week five here I come! 🤗💕

My favorite Sunday HIIT so far! It was like full body weight training and HIIT all combined into one. Challenging, yet doable without being frustrated with myself 😌 LOVED this one and I’m going to save it to do again next time I need a quick, intense, full body workout!

It was my history i always skipped HIIT excersises of you r epic programs. But today I did it. It is very achivement.
Used 7kg DBs and that worked great for me, good resistance, could keep the speed up and still be safe. Time flies, heart rate is up, cals burn and you smile at the end, perfect way to start Sunday and finish week four. 😀

I was using slightly heavier weights, 12 lbs, so I ended up taking more rest during the finisher than I expected but I am proud that I finished all 100 reps! Thank you Caroline for these amazing workouts!!
Day 20 of Epic Endgame Done! When I saw 4kg I thought it's going to be easy but no. I didn't have 4 kg weights so I used 5kg omg I am sweating!
