In 2013, I had a stroke but as it was mild, rehab helped with my recovery. In March 2022, I had an acute right kidney failure with lots of sepsis involved and I was in critical condition and not expected to live. I was in rehab again; unfortunately, they only have one system of rehab that is more conducive to stroke patients. So here I am, plagued by osteoarthritis in the hands and found your hand exercises to be helpful. After all these months, I know I need to strengthen my arms, elbows and wrists. Thanks for these exercises; if I had started doing them early in the 2022 rehab week, I might have had stronger limbs. Thanks.

How many times a day can I do this? I broke my arm as a child and I have issues now with pain and strength I can't work out, it flared up when I injured my arm lifting weights. How many times a day should I do this and how many times should I stretch? Thank you so much xx

she said it was the right arm, so left is used for resistance until minute 16, then she works out the left arm using the right arm for resistance.
