Is there some reason why you are not using the amdgpu driver for your RX 580?
It is the open source AMD driver built in to the Kernel.
Way better option than the noveau driver which is the open source version of the Nvidia driver.

there's something weird about graphic details, like vegetation looks like completely ripped off... anyway my GTX970 4gb on I5 7h gen on a 1920x1080 scaling on 400% and high to ultra detail runs smooth on 35 FPS as average, with some drop into cities max 23 FPS still smooth. On linux i double this number. Unbelievable. Very old hardware.

have you been able to get coast 2 coast to work in 1.50 ??? is there one for it . i have not been able to find one yet any thoughts ??
