    💠 My Story.
    When I was an undergrad nutrition student at Boston University, my digestive health issues were at their worst. I remember standing in the grocery store re-reading the label on a box of crackers, filled with overwhelm and confusion. I felt totally lost as to what to eat or how to eat due to my digestive issues. After dozens of doctor appointments, ER visits, and medical tests, my anxiety was at an all-time high and my list of “safe foods” was dwindling every day. When my doctors were at a loss for advice and my condition was not improving - I knew I needed to take my healing into my own hands.
    When I finally realized that my mind and gut were connected - everything changed. I prioritized self-care and mindfulness practices in order to pull myself out of constant “fight or flight mode”. Instead of restricting, I started nourishing my gut and living my life again. Much to my surprise, my digestive system responded and began to heal. Through the power of individualized nutrition and lifestyle changes, my health (and my life) transformed.

    Silent reflux. What do you think of Betaine capsules and apple cider vinegar? I’m trying to work out my triggers. No sugar, no carbs and no alcohol. I’ve cut out fizzy drinks. I do like my meat but am assured by channels with this lifestyle that this would not be the cause. Think my stress is okay. I live a simple life after retirement. Would be interested in your thoughts.

    What is your recommendation for regurgitation? With a small hiatus hernia…got the motility tests done…the lower esophagol spinchtr pressure is low which again points towards hiatal hernia according to them…i have ears blocked…motility is fine did both LES and UES…i don’t get sleep with sleep medication also…i have chronic stress as my daughter was undergoing her leukemia treatment for last 3 years..can you help me?

    My wife and I ate red apple delicious and Fuji apple for a few days to get rid of acid reflux. It worked and the problem never came back.

      @@misssheilalev It happened more or less 10 years ago. It was more or less 5 months only for each of us. We are lucky, one Sunday morning inside the church while waiting for the service to begin someone heard us talking how awful it is to have acid reflux and we were desperate to find a cure.. He suggested that we try eating red apples, it might help us get better. We tried the treatment for a few days and we're amazed acid reflux was gone. Some of our friends tried it too and had the same positive results.

      Suffer no more from acid reflux. Eat red apple delicious or Fuji apple for a few days and you'll see a positive result. It worked for me and my wife and the problem never came back.

    I think my LPR has gotten so bad that it’s been going up into my nose and I wake up with inflammation and fluid in my ears

      I use a small amount of baking soda in water that has been boiled and cooled. I flush my sinuses with it using a netipot. That eliminates the information

    Every one wjo jas acid reflux needs to replinish your natural acids so your food will digest thsts why yall have heart burn your stomch is low in natural acids
