Allow Macbook to Share Screen on Zoom

Mine still didn't work. I followed all the steps but when my system preferences opened it opened on screen recording and it is grey, it doesn't let me click on it.

@@paulagomez3451 yes, there is a lock at the bottom. Click on it and then you should be able to click on zoom to be able to screen share

How do you get it to picture & picture? Both presentation and my camera?

I can't even get the window to pop up so I can't click on anything.I basically click share screen at the bottom which does work for my students but not for me.I have allowed access in system preferences i.e full disk access and anything that has a zoom icon! ;) Any ideas why it won't work? Oh and I have double checked my zoom settings and as far as Google advsie goes it should be ok but that hasn't worked either. I also installed updates for both my mac, zoom and still nothing.

I see the option but it is blurred out and won't let me click on the zoom option to allow it in the screen sharing settings. Any suggestions?

You have to click the lock to make changes, it's on the bottom left hand corner.

Totally agree. Having users trying to follow your mouse and keystrokes navigation while you are solving your error is definitely not the best way to show and tell for teaching.
