I wish we could have a talk show where we just help people work through their questions together, key word there being "together" because we all need help. Not one of us is beyond needing encouragement, advise, support, and coaching. When we take that a step further we are acknowledging and accepting that we are not perfect. We are works in progress. We are constantly being sanctified through the Holy Spirit (praise God). So knowing that, when we receive correction, conviction, or revelations of how we can do better, we are not offended because we always need help. This is not personal, because life isn't about making ourselves appear perfect, but it's about being perfected IN Christ! So let's lay our pride aside and continue to support eachother and encourage change in our journey through life!

I was homeschooled from first grade all the way through! No regrets over here, and will be doing the same with our children!
As a homeschool alumni who just graduated with my high school and Associates degree at the same time, homeschool is amazing and I totally agree with everything Chad said about not outsourcing education of your children! It is so easy to still be involved with so much and so many people also! Lord willing, I'm fully homeschooling my kiddos one day❤
As a current Homeschooler I cannot recommend it more, switching to homeschooling was the best decision of my life.

I was homeschooling from 7th grade on, and without a doubt the best decision that my parents made for me. I wasn't thriving in school, and totally changed once I was no longer forced to go. Also! Higher education is not threatened by being homeschooled. I have a graduates degree
I am SO excited to homeschool my kids. I have been itching to start since my son was about 1, and he’s finally a little over 3 years old and recently he has been so so ready to jump into preschool more and he LOVES IT. It is amazing. We’re using The Good and The Beautiful and you should really really look it up. ITS AMAZING.

What really helped me with the battle in the mind is what Chad said about knowing His Word and the Truth..Also taking my thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ..And yes that Scripture about fear..wow..that is the bomb against fear!

Idk if y’all will actually see this but I just want to thank you for your encouragement. The “waiting” is always hard & I feel as if every year that passes make the waiting harder. I go through waves of being discouraged and bouncing back to God is good and his timing is perfect. I continue to lay my fear at his feet and know he is working all things out for good even though I may not feel that he is. I don’t know if I will get married I’m almost 33 years old and will definitely not what I expected. With all that said, this video definitely touched my heart while in a low spot. @@rachelboal2029 nothing wrong with learning about the world and things we don’t agree with. It’s learning, knowledge, wisdom. Learning the “garbage” doesn’t mean you agree with it or will follow it or apply it, it just means you know what is going on outside your immediate circle, what happens in the world to people who are different than us. Knowledge is power.

my anxiety is exasperated just before/during the beginning of my period and I had a huge breakdown the other night. I kept apologizing to my boyfriend for getting so emotional out of nowhere and making things so difficult and he said the exact same thing Chad mentioned, there's nothing to be sorry about when your hormones are doing something inside you that you can't control. it is such a freeing thing hearing those words when we're raised being told that PMS is a joke and it paints us as this villain... especially coming from a man who will never experience that lessened control over our brains, the comfort that comes with hearing it's not something to apologize for honestly means a lot

Im almost 30 now, but wish I was homeschooled! School was so hard mentally and I didn’t even learn what I needed in life after 6th grade. I love what y’all said about jealousy. I catch myself and it’s very hard to stay strong and get out of your own head. Bless you both for inspiring us to be better people ❤️
I can relate to everything y'all are saying. I was so cautious when I was pregnant. I was happy inside, but I also allowed the devil to make me nervous and fearful of a miscarriage and I feel like I didn't let my happiness show. I was so new to trusting in God again. But, I had nothing to fear. He took care of Sarah and Abraham. He did the same for us. I also want to mention that I absolutely understand why God chose to make us parents in our 40's rather than earlier. In my 20's and 30's God was still working on me. I was too full of selfishness, childishness, and rage (I would look at all of the pregnant woman, especially the ones who didn't want their children, and the ones who were abusive, and wonder why God didn't bless ME.). I had NO CLUE how to be a Godly Christian. Back then, I still drank, swore, broke almost all of the 10 commandments and I didn't care. I wasn't trying to honor God. I was trying to honor myself. I got swept up in the new age, and at one point, questioned God's existence. I was not ready AT ALL. It took a lot of pain and time, to work through everything. And reading the Bible every day and making sure that I adhered to the 10 commandments was the key. Thank God for his mercy. Otherwise I would for sure be going to hell.

We are team Homeschool all the way. When my Husband and I found out at the age of 43 that I was going to give birth, we did not hesitate on saying that we wanted to homeschool and we are so happy that we did ("I" am so happy that we agreed on that. We never discussed that aspect of life before getting married because we thought it would never happen because of my medical history and age. BUT God is good and faithful.). It IS a struggle though, because I don't bring in an income, BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I don't have to worry about our daughter learning things that she shouldn't, such as swearing, or seeing other kids acting un-Christ-like, or being bullied at school. I don't have to worry about drugs. She is also ahead of her grade. She just went through 1st grade. She didn't know how to read or write at the beginning of this school year, and now she's reading and writing, and it really didn't take long at all (I would say 6 months or less). I will give her a reading test at the beginning of this new school year, so August 1st, so we will know her reading level, and we already know she's ahead in Math, because when she took the placement exam, she placed in Math 2. She just turned 7 a couple of days ago and she already knows how to tell time, and I've got to tell you, I didn't learn how to tell time on an analog clock until I was around 14. That was because my parents moved us around a lot and we had some holes in our public school learning. On the upside, my brother and I have been to almost all of the US states, except Hawaii, Alaska and I think Washington. I personally have never been to Florida. But anyway, we love it. We have Bible study EVERY DAY as part of our curriculum. Then we do math, reading, writing, phonics/sight words, home ec (she learns about measuring and fractions, baking, cleaning, gardening.). We go on "field trips" around the yard or the state to learn about God's creatures/creations. Since we live in Arizona, we learn about safety and why we don't just pick up any bug or touch just any plants or animals. Or unfortunately we can't just go barefoot any time we want to. We all learned that the hard way when we moved here. I stepped on a little scorpion, and God protected me. We've all stepped on goats heads. Those are always an eye-opening surprise.
