This video really inspired me to set some new intentions for getting myself together! Just wanted to offer a thought about quiet time from a child development perspective. It’s really important for kids to experience boredom and need to find ways to entertain themselves. Even though your older kiddo isn’t napping, I think your idea of having a quiet time for him is great! For at least some of that time, if you set the expectation that he will need to entertain himself without the use of screens, you might see some changes in his ability to spend time alone. If you provide him with an intentional space to be alone with some toys/ craft supplies, an expectation on how long he will need to play alone, and help him process his frustration if it arises, it might give you that time you’re looking for. This is probably all stuff you’ve heard before, but just wanted to offer some encouragement because I’ve seen the difference this can make with the kids I work with. Good luck!

I don’t like how she talks to her babies like they’re grown adults not just in this video but also in others I used to be such a big fan but babies deserve all the patience and kindness in the world

Im so happy to see a new video from you. I had been watching some of your old ones recently and was hoping you guys were doing well. The slump can be real i find i do well for periods of time and then fall off for a bit and need to reinvigorate myself to get back on the horse

I love your content and been following you for years now. Thanks so much for your work. I am also a mum of two young kids and can feel you so much. But what I was wondering is, if they don't go to the kindergarten or etc. at all? Lots of love, Julia
