    Do you get ocd thoughts about loved ones?

    • @BenzoBrains
      @BenzoBrains  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah the ocd was pretty bad. I still have to be mindful of it or it comes back

      @@BenzoBrains I supposed to start tomorrow therapy online case study for OCD and unfortunately the computer generated my name to fall into CBT instead mindfulness therapy.
      There is no way I will expose myself or write down all the thoughts that I got over the years, sometimes when I’m am stressed, I can associate everything that is bad with my loved one.
      Would you tell me how mindfulness helps you?
      Thanks a lot.

      @@anatino mindfulness helped me to detach from my thoughts so that they were something I was experiencing not necessarily something that was a part of me. I learned to release any judgement of what I was experiencing and find stillness even when experiencing pain and other symptoms.

    Thank you for sharing this. I like to calm my anxiety using visualization meditations - imagining myself somewhere peaceful, calm, and really using my senses so that my brain believes I’m there. It really helps with a myriad of mental health issues.

      I love that! I will be posting some meditations like this as part of this series too

    Hi this is part of a group of exercises I do daily which have really helped me to heal. If this is too hard don't worry. I will be posting simpler exercises later on. But I posted this first because it's been such a HUGE help for me and my son. For more info on how kundalini has been shown to help with OCD and anxiety start with this study scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C45&q=cambridge+study+kundalini+OCD+71%25&oq=#d=gs_qabs&u=%23p%3DBDymEBcGwQ4J

      @Iron Weed various studies have shown significant improvement with OCD and kundalini. This one shows an improvement of 71%! That's better than any pharmaceutical! scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C45&q=cambridge+study+kundalini+OCD+71%25&oq=#d=gs_qabs&u=%23p%3DBDymEBcGwQ4J

    Can we take nuts? Like almonds , cashews, I generally soak them in water over night and chew them in the morning.
    I am almost 3 months benzo free, and scared of anything that can increase the symptoms.

    I'm sorry to ask you this question again, I lost the name of the clinic you recommended. I live in West Jordan, Utah and am willing to travel if neccesary. You reccomended a possible Dr/clinic that might be benzowise w/tapering Using the Ashton Method if you could let me know who that was again. Thanks

    • @BenzoBrains
      @BenzoBrains  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There's Dr Thaddeus Jacobs in Draper Utah. Also just look up integrative medicine. There's another place but I can't think of it off the top of my head. There's also Dr Wright at Utah Valley health

    Hello... Thank you for instructing the kriya! 7 days practicing and it had a huge impact already on me. There're some adaptations you tell us on the video you made. I would like to make it the whole thing if possible. Do you have the whole instructions from this one? Again, thank you for this amazing job you've been doing.

    • @BenzoBrains

      HI I'm so glad to hear it's helped! I don't understand your question though. Do you mean you would like to do the original exercise? This includes the original exercise along with some additional breathwork and mental exercises I've added.

    • @thalesbrasilcoelho5956

      Mostly because I was not sure what to do in the last exercise, in that one you wrote on the video it was adapted

      Hello! Is the last exercise, with hands up, included in the original kriya? Thank you. I had migraine theses days, it would really nice to know if the modifications have something to do with that or is just the kriya itself.

      Yoga would be a great addition to intensive out patient therapy. Where I live there is an OCD/anxiety clinic where they do intensive 5 days a week 3 hours a day therapy. Perhaps you could see if something similar is available in your area?

      @@tonystark.3000 that staring ocd ....I had that 2 years ago and cured it when I did shree yantra meditation (Shree yantra is a powerful old geometry) ..its so op that I just when I simply sat in front of the geometry im supposed to meditate but watching even just the central dot of geometry for a while without blinking the eyes made me feel out of world like drugs and when did regular it cured my condition in one and half month and if you do it for a while you can see the geometry's electric with naked eye if you stare for a while on the central dot....Also , the ocd that where you had compulsion to stare some medication too you can try - Prozac ( for adults and children 7 yrs and older ) , Paroxetine (Paxil , Pexeva) for adults only , Sertraline (Zoloft) for adults and children 6 yrs and older ..if these don't work then go for secondary treatment medication -Clomipramine (Anafranil) for adults and children 10 yrs and older ....good luck mate

    Does this not go against your Mormon beliefs?

    • @BenzoBrains
      @BenzoBrains  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We believe if there is anything " lovely or of good report or praiseworthy ' we should seek after these things. In other words, we may have a fullness of the gospel but we do not hold the patent on truth. God reveals truth in diverse ways according to the understanding of his children and we can all learn from each other.
