Here I am 1 month later, I did the whole 37 min!!! I know it might be an insignificant achievement, but I am proud of myself and my commitment. Thank you guys for all the encouraging confirmations, I kept telling myself "every winner was once a beginner!" I am only 37 years old but have problems with my joints so this is a big deal for me. Thank you for this channel! Update: nov 2020, I still come back to HASfit, and was about to write a comment, to find that I already did one year ago :D one year later you guys! My friend and I are retired and we’re going to the pool to work out 2-3 times a week. Early in the lockdown, we knew we had to do something to replace that OR end up losing all ground made in our workouts. I search and searched and finally found HASFit. One of the best standing ab workouts I've found on the internet. I always have difficulty doing floor crunches because of my fused spine (from surgery), but this work out is 100% doable and challenging. Thanks, you two! ♥

This video is my third HASfit video. I have enjoyed all three. I am re-commencing my workout routine after letting it go five years ago. I don't have much weight to lose (10lbs), but it is the inches that I am wanting to tone up. Thank you for making your videos low impact, fun, and encouraging. I realised that I had zero core strength after trying to sit on the grass in the park for 15 minutes and putting out my lower back. I wasn't always this put of shape but hospital work during covid left me with no energy. I'm determined to change that by starting slow and taking small steps. This workout is perfw t. Thank you.

I am a former athlete with 2 tennis elbows, injuries in both knees and right shoulder, and have put on lot of weight. Every time I tried getting back to the gym my body disagreed, but the well-explained easier modifications in the program helped me get started and sustain. I started at the beginner level and have not gradually moved to using light dumbbells. I also lost 7kgs in the last two months. Have downloaded your app yesterday (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERYONE) and also subscribed to the highly affordable programs. Keep doing the great work!

First day after this workout my whole body was in pain. Second day was better. Third one was easy and in less than a week I saw results 🤗 Imma continue with this one... Oh and I was able to finish the whole workout from the first day 😁😁😁😁😁 nearly died through 🤣

Hello coach. I am 31 years old. I have started exercising in the last 2 weeks. Today is my first day with you. I took 4 breaks but completed your version of the exercise. I am sweating like an animal but i am so proud of myself. Thank you for this lovely workout. I will do this everyday for the next two weeks and come back here with my results.
I had gone through some minor leg injuries and am in the recovery phase now. Was looking out for some low impact cardio workouts. Not felt so good doing a low impact cardio workout. I never considered working out from a video before but with Corona, ppl are doing things differently so I started working out to videos and I haven’t worked out for years but I found your videos easy to follow and easy to do. I’m about 300 lbs and find it hard to get up and down off the ground and I like these standing exercises, plus I have problems with my knees and can’t kneel.

What I love about these workouts is that literally anyone can do them - you can take up the pace and the weights and get a good sweat on or take it slowly and feel great that you moved your body and did a great workout!! I always think I'm going to be the former but sometimes end up doing the modifications 😆😆
Best workouts I've experienced as someone very unfit working out for the first time. Sore as hell for 3 days afterward but I keep coming back! Every winner was first a beginner!
Was so demotivated for the past 3 weeks to workout .. but I made anpromose to do it today... and I did it!! I have been doing the resistance band workouts and I tried this one today. Definitely was harder for me! I carry most of weight on my bottom have so standing ab workout is hard!!!! But I made it through. This was my fourth day working out straight with you! I am listening to consistency is key!!!

I loved this workout. I finished it though with some small breaks to go get some more water ,answer to the never ending questions from my kids, and a dog who wants my hugs right in the middle of the workout! I'm already burnt out at 10 mins!!! This is my first session. I'm currently 255 lbs....thanks for your comment. I will try for 15 mins tomorrow!

I love these guys. Im a new mom and gained a bunch of weight during pregnancy and its had me really depressed. These guys make it easy enough to keep going and have the right mindset. Definitely subscribing
First day after this workout my whole body was in pain. Second day was better. Third one was easy and in less than a week I saw results 🤗 Imma continue with this one...

Hello coach. I am 31 years old. I have started exercising in the last 2 weeks. Today is my first day with you. I took 4 breaks but completed your version of the exercise. I am sweating like an animal but i am so proud of myself. Thank you for this lovely workout. I will do this everyday for the next two weeks and come back here with my results.
I had gone through some minor leg injuries and am in the recovery phase now. Was looking out for some low impact cardio workouts. Not felt so good doing a low impact cardio workout. (I usually follow your strength training and workouts with weights.) Thank you for all your efforts! Heartfelt gratitude!

I never considered working out from a video before but with Corona, ppl are doing things differently so I started working out to videos and I haven’t worked out for years but I found your videos easy to follow and easy to do. I’m about 300 lbs and find it hard to get up and down off the ground and I like these standing exercises, plus I have problems with my knees and can’t kneel.
I want to thank you both, you are a terrific couple!!!! You are doing a very nice and hard work for all of us that are so lucky to find you in the ocean of Internet. Keep up the extremely good work. Bless you and your family.

What I love about these workouts is that literally anyone can do them - you can take up the pace and the weights and get a good sweat on or take it slowly and feel great that you moved your body and did a great workout!! I always think I'm going to be the former but sometimes end up doing the modifications 😆😆
Best workouts I've experienced as someone very unfit working out for the first time. Sore as hell for 3 days afterward but I keep coming back! Every winner was first a beginner!

Great workout guys I am sharing it to my active wellness page on Facebook I have a challenge going with my friends hoping that everybody will do something every day over the holidays.
I have been doing the resistance band workouts and I tried this one today. Definitely was harder for me! I carry most of weight on my bottom have so standing ab workout is hard!!!! But I made it through. This was my fourth day working out straight with you! I am listening to consistency is key!!!

I didn't realize how out of shape I have become. This video was my first attempt at a workout. I love that I can start off in the low impact and gradually move over to higher. I also find your energy soothing after my intense study sessions!!
I’ve been way too complacent in my workouts. I needed something different, yet not too tough. This was great. I look forward to doing more of your workouts!
My PE teacher wants us to use your workout videos and I don't usually like working out, but I gotta say I like this. I have fun doing these, and I feel slighty stronger each time I do one. I hope my PE teacher doesn't switch from these amazing workout videos.

I loved this workout. I finished it though with some small breaks to go get some more water ,answer to the never ending questions from my kids, and a dog who wants my hugs right in the middle of the workout! Yet I finished it. You guys are a team and I have switched from doing Claudia’s easier modification to coach Cozack’s version. Long 1.5 years journey with you two. Thanks so much.
