    Thank you for your workouts. I am so glad they include warm ups and cool downs. Most workouts I have tried on TH-cam don't include them.

    Loved it as usual! Can you do a full body 30 minute strength for bad knees? I avoid squats & lunges 😢 so I substitute . By the way there’s nothing cuter than Claudia pregnant!

    I loved this workout and the "repeating-no repeating" style of super sets! I really appreciate the detailed explanation and demonstration of each exercise, as it helps me determine what size weight to use. Working out with weight are my favorite!! Thank you both for all you do!

    Exercise has been an integral part of my life since I was 13 years old. I'm now 49 and I can still maintain the same physical health and wellbeing that I had as a teenager. I believe that exercise is the key to achieving whatever goals you set for yourself in life.

    Great workout! I use a cushion when doing those knee-based exercises. Much less painful for the knees.

    Great work-outs. I'm male, 68 yo, and exercise daily, one day your stuff the other day yoga.
    Two years ago I could hardly walk anymore, couldn't go swimming. So my core got very weak and gave me a lot of pain and misery. All that is solved now.

    I love your workouts! Thank you! I just started paying the monthly fee for the App. What is the difference in content between watching the videos for free and paying monthly for the app? Thanks again for producing your videos. They are excellent!

      on the app there is a proper fitness program with videos lined according to your goals. On TH-cam there are just 1000s of videos and u wouldn’t know which one to do and when.
      On the app the videos are nitpicked and arranged according to different program themes

    had hamstring for 4 months and bulged disc on getting a mri scan.. doing strengthening feel better than before sometimes cramps occur ..next week iam having a division final match in order to reduce the pain while I run can I take painkillers before the match or any other medication? ...
