I don't know if anyone noticed this but your teammate Soldier 76 at 46:12 had figured by then that you're a totally new player. I saw the whole video, and during that match, multiple times he was playing near you to help you and put his biotic field so you get heal, which made me feel happy because that's what I do when I find new players. This video makes me feel like I'm new to overwatch again haha thank you for creating this content
I've been playing for 7 yrs so it's easy to notice when someone is new. I play a lot of support so I always try to help new people more when I can, unless they're just running in and feeding. There's honestly not much I can help with there tho 😅 I can't out heal that kinda damage.
The people who play against the AI bots are much nicer than the PvP unranked mode. It's probably best to use that mode until you become comfortable with a hero or two. When you see the red skull pop up in your cross hair, it means you successfully killed someone. Overall this video is really humbling to me, as someone who has a decent amount of the game and can be rude when things don't work out in-game. I wouldn't be surprised if a few OW content creators react to this video. I really enjoyed watching you check the game out and I would love to see more in the future. In the mean time, I am going to take a step back from being so hard on randoms
Watching that first game against real players was such a treat! You actually did really well for someone with little-to-no mouse and keyboard fps experience. You were taking angles and shooting from range intuitively, and followed your intuition on following tanks and self-healing. All great instincts for this type of game! Excited to see you progress and if you stick with OW :) Thanks for going on this journey. As a player since 2016, its been a joy to relive the emotions those cinematics and trailers bring up with someone new watching it, and seeing gameplay through the eyes of a beginner again.
This was so entertaining to watch! I'm a 49 year old guy whose daughter played OW2 for a year and then suggested I try it out too. Now I've been playing the game for a year too and I have like 500 hours on just Moira alone 😅 It felt a bit overwhelming at start because I went straight to unranked matches without even realizing there's a possibility to play against AI.
OW is genuinely one of, if not the hardest FPS game to learn. Don't feel discouraged! You already know to wait for your team, to pick up health packs, and to use cover so you're better than most brand new players
@@StephanieMiller-r3m The tutorial tells you how to capture the point and you're like "DUH". But many people still forget they need to touch it in overtime and lose.
@@ccricers I've been playing for 7 yrs and still step off the point a little too long sometimes. Heck, even pros c9 sometimes. It's such a part of OW that we gave it a name, c9 😂 named after the pro team Cloud9 who were notorious for stepping off point too long or not touching for OT.
Welcome to Overwatch! Starting out, you should be pressing your F1 key to continually learn and read your hero's kit (you can do this mid-match too), it's overwhelming at first but take it slow and build your knowledgebase! For example, on Pharah the rocket launcher lady you tried, you will see she can actually fly if you hold jump. I hope you play more!
Great. Glad to see you actually went with the idea to actually play the game. It IS really cool to see your transition from knowing only the lore to the game itself
hey! i'm a long-time overwatch player and i'm so happy to see someone new enjoying the game! i hope you had fun! here's some little tips for the heroes you tried: - Phara can do huge damage, but she can be very vulnerable on the ground. Use her abilities to fly up high and shoot the enemy from above. She can be a really valuable distraction! - Honestly you had a good grip on Soldier, and getting better will just come with time :) - Winston does best at running in and doing close-range damage and then quickly jumping out when he's low on health. - Tracer can blink around, and her recall ability reverses time a few seconds. She plays very similar to winston, where you blink in, do damage, and rewind to get your health back. Sorry for the wall of text! I'd also recommend Lucio if you want to try a healer. He was the hero I learned first! Have fun! ❤️ (also, if you want to learn via videos, I recommend the youtuber Emongg, he's one of the nicest voices in the overwatch community and I learned a lot from him!)
As a player with hundreds of hours I enjoy seeing new players trip over ahhAhah it's so heartwarming. 😅 You'll notice the abilities the heroes have are represented in the cinematics you saw. The "nerf this" thingy that got you several times is Dva autodestroying her mech and throwing it away LOL You are also right, the team compositions were off (in your team mostly...) so it makes it even more dificult to play. The thing I noticed punishing your gameplay is not hearing someone shooting at you from your sides or behind... but is OK as you are still getting used to recognize each hero sound (they are intended to be VERY distinct). Chill plays! had fun watching and suffering with you 🤣
some tips for new players - you can see your selected hero's abilities by holding F1 - you will unlock the new heroes by playing the game and complete the challenges but you can try every heroes in Practice Range - mercy can switch her healing staff to a pistol by scrolling on your mouse - when you play pharah you can hold "space bar" to fly - when you play widowmaker its better if you play on a high ground (use your grappling hook to get there) and snipe them with your right click - press R to reload but some heroes have infinite ammo - OW2 has 6 game modes 1. control - two teams fight over a capture point in a best-of-three format 2. escort - the attacking team must escort a payload to a delivery point, while the defending team attempts to prevent them until the timer runs out 3. flashpoint - each flashpoint map has five capture points, called "flashpoints," and a team must capture three to win the game 4. hybrid - hybrid is a game mode which starts with an Assault capture point and continues with an Escort objective 5. push - two teams fight to escort a robot who pushes an objective onto the opposite (enemy) side of the map 6. clash - clash has five total capture objectives, placed in a linear pattern on a mirrored map, teams may win in one of two ways: by reaching five points before the enemy team, or by capturing the objective closest to the enemy spawn - a normal team in OW2 must have 5 heroes (1 tank, 2 damages, 2 supports) you can select between "Role Queue"(choose a role before you play) or "Open Queue"(play any role but you might be in a team with 5 damages, 3 tanks and 2 support or a normal team depend on your teammates' tactics) - you can say "Hello" by hold C, drag to the "Hello" section and then release - you need to be near the payload(car, objective) to move it. more ppl will make it move faster (maximum 3 ppl) - if you have a leaver there will be the new ppl to join and replace them (you can join mid game) - if your tank or 2 supports died don't jump in the fight, you should just fall back, regroup and wait for them - the last game you don't have a tank bc you selected "open queue" so yea... hahaha i hope you enjoy the game its my fav game of all time XD you will get better at it i just know it hehehe
Another thing you can press tab to see scoreboard, it also shows you the enemy heroes after 15(?) seconds of the match starting. You can see when the enemy respawns and if they swap to a different hero
This is so cool that your finally playing, a few tips, try playing around cover a bit more, so that way you take less damage. Try and pick one or 2 characters to learn at first that you really like so that way you aren’t spread too broad in your skills. And if you ever find yourself getting mad at the game, just take a break for the day. At the end of the day, your playing to have fun, and if your not having fun, then you should take a second. Hope these help!
As a longtime player, its so genuinely nice seeing new players!! I reached masters in rank a few weeks ago (FINALLLYYYY) , and remember when we all started like this in 2016, love that you're willing to try something new. if you have any questions, the overwatch community tends to be really nice (with a few exceptions, it is a shooter after all, trolls are inevitable). Keep practicing and you'll do great. At first, its a steep learning curve, but once you've played one shooter on PC you'll kinda be able to take that skill into *most* other FPS games. Single player or PVP. It really opens a lot of avenues for some great games! Most of the learning curve of OW isn't just aim, its positioning and game knowledge (when to ult, ect), which just takes time and practice. Much love, and good luck in your matches!
This was fun as hell to watch! My friend also introduced me to ow2 3 months back and I have played a little with my full time job. The game is absolutely fun and amazing! It was a pleasure watching u play❤
Don't let the angry people get to you, is my biggest tip. Also, don't force yourself to play if you don't want to. Play it if you think it's fun. I love the character design and personality of each hero in the game, but I also love the gameplay. (watch out for that support 2, theyll getcha!)
Honestly pal, I'm happy to see you pick up the game. Ironically you're much better than me when I started a year ago and to be fair that's good. Would definitely love to see more of this.
Hope you enjoyed playing! Don't be discouraged about losses, there is an overwhelming amount of information to absorb in your first couple hours of game-play. Can't wait to see your next overwatch video!
As someone who's played since release, it's so interesting to see the tutorial from a new players eyes. The game has a particularly difficult learning curve, unfortunately, but is really solid in design. There is so much information out there, with how to set up mouse sensitivities and graphics to actual game play strategy, map awareness, and understanding heroes abilities. A lot of it is just learned by playing, which obviously takes a lot of time. I didn't play any FPS games like this before it came out, and I remember just wanting to play against bots... until I got my first POTG. Then I was hooked. I don't play particularly well, but it's a casual game for me and my friends doing our best with shenanigans. :) Don't forget to hit tab to see what team composition you have! You can check to see if anyone's respawning on the map as well.
So nice to see you play the game! Btw you will get all of the heroes for free if you keep playing. The game doesn’t want to overwhelm you so they start you up with a few options that are easier to pick up
Always great to see newcomers, strap in for a ton of information overload! It is normal, we all go through it :) After 10+ hours things start to make much more sense and gameplay will feel fluid and more predictable. *A few comments about some of your questions/wonders:* The "free version" is the only version. In OW1 you used to pay for the game, but now in OW2 it is completely free for everyone, and all gameplay-related features are fully accessible without having to spend any money on the game ever. The reason some aspects (like heroes, game modes, etc) are locked for you, is because you're a brand new player, and in order to not overwhelm you or throw you into things you may not be ready for, the game limits certain features for a while. As you improve at the game and spend more time, win more games, more and more features will unlock for you until eventually everything is fully accessible, as it is for everyone else who have played for a long time. Hope you enjoyed it so far!
Hahahaha, don't worry about being bad! It's been such a long time since I've seen someone completely new play this game, so really don't worry about it. Very fun to watch, I hope it was enjoyable! Don't forget you can press f1 to see what a hero does, very important with this game, especially as you unlock the more complicated ones I've been playing since 2017, so I'm a bit up there in skill, and these things take time. I noticed that over time you caught on to certain things already, so you're already learning more than you think :)
as someone who's only played overwatch for almost 2 years, the memory of being a new player is still fresh to me! I remember playing for the first time and struggled so much with the movement but as time went by my movement became better! If you decide to keep playing, I woll definitely be here to watch it! Much love!
i have 6,100 hours on overwatch and it can be a super infuriating and difficult game, it has such a high skill ceiling and it can feel so so different to other FPS games where everyone else just seems like they’re cheating you gots to find a role you love, any of the 3 work, practice that role a bunch and you will definitely get a feel for that role and be able to play most of the characters in it to a great standard the game is really fun once you have some momentum, so keep trying :D
something to note about tanks is they're very different than conventional tanks in games like mmo's, they create what's called "space", which is an area where your team can play, which can be done multiple ways, whether it's shielding off the enemy team from that area, or using winston to jump onto the enemy team and place a bubble on them to pressure them out of an area so your team has more opportunities to shoot at the enemy
i grew up playing overwatch and have been playing for over 7 years now. and oh my god I LOVED watching this, i very faintly remember my first days on the game and it feels so nostalgic to see this game through the eyes of a new player, it almost feels like rediscovering the game and all the memories 🥹 it's especially fun to watch you pay attention and question things that i don't even think about as a veteran player, like trying to see if you can enter a bus on king's row, punching the boxing bag to see if it does anything in the gym room on practice range or just looking around all the spawn rooms like the good room on junkertown it's always nice to see new players on overwatch, the world could always use more heroes ❤
Really fun and entertaining video, its always nice to see someone playing this game for the first time. The game has never been any good at explaining its most basic mechanics since its release, so don't worry if there are things you're not getting quickly. As someone who's been playing for a few years my best advice is to pay a lot of attention to the sound cues you hear6 and where does it comes from. If anything is loud is probably very important (like an ultimate being used, footsteps from an enemy flanking or even the ping/kill sound effect). Anyways, enjoy the game. Its a really fun experience.
One of the things I love about overwatch is how immersive the gameplay is. The maps and characters all go together so well, and after you play a while, you could go back to the cinematics and recognize the locations. There are sound cues for everything, along with visual, they just take a while to learn.
it was so fun watching someone new at this!! i started playing during overwatch 1 so everything is a little more different than i realised - i’ve recently gotten a few of my friends into the game who all hadn’t touched an fps at all before picking up overwatch for me but i never realised how hard it is for new players w/out someone to coach them through each hero/ability and the basics of different game modes etc !!
This was fun to watch! Here are some tips you might find helpful: - When someone shoots at you you can see a red indicator around your crosshair showing you which direction they are shooting at you from. There's a good example of this at 26:30 in the video. - The game uses directional sound so you can hear footsteps, gun sounds etc from enemy players which can help you locate where they are. (Sorry for the wall of text but here's some useful info about Ultimate abilities:) - Every hero has an Ultimate voice line that they will shout each time they use their Ultimate ability. If someone sounds like they are yelling out an anime attack move then they are probably using their Ultimate. There's one version when they're on your own team (always in english), and another if they're on the enemy team (usually in their native language, with some exceptions). As you learn to play more heroes you will be able to recognize what the lines are and what to do when you hear them. Here are some useful examples: Enemy ults: - When Dva yells "Nerf this!" her mech is going to self-destruct and take everyone down with it. You need to break line of sight from the mech to survive. - When Cassidy yells "It's high noon!" he is about to charge up a 1-shot kill on everyone he can see. You'll need to break line of sight from him before he pulls the trigger. - When Reaper yells "Die! Die! Die!" he shoots at everyone around him and you need to get away from him or point a shield at him to survive (or break line of sight). Friendly ults: - When Ana on your own team yells "You're powered up, get in there!" she has used her nano-boost on you, increasing your damage by a bunch and makes you slightly tankier for the duration. If she uses it on another teammate you will instead hear her say "Nano-boost administered." - When Kiriko yells "Let the kitsune guide you!" she creates a blue path on the ground. While standing on the path your team gains more attack speed and reduced ability cooldowns.
I watched it from beginning to end, keep up the good work. It was especially interesting to watch the reaction when watching short films about the game❤ You might be surprised, but I'm Russian and I'm watching you from Siberia. 😂
you did exceptionally well for someone without a lot of keyboard experience! something that is not noted a lot in-game is that sound cues are quite important. listening for footsteps/gunshots can help you better locate enemies, and sometimes what the characters say can give you a hint as to what they are doing (plus the banter may give you some more insight on the characters). I'm glad you had fun, seeing you try out the game was very enjoyable. hope you try it again sometime! EDIT: also remember to hold C if you want to say hello to someone :) and in my personal experience the most fun way to play this is with other people, I would love to see a stream where you try playing with a group (although it matches skill levels so the games may be harder)
This is so cute and it makes me wistful for when I first experienced this game for the first time. You can never go back to the first time with this game but man it's a trip watching someone else experience the magic of it, I really envy you that you get to try it out for the first time. It's such an amazing and one of a kind game, as much as I hate it at times, there really is nothing else out there like it.
Saw your cinematic reactions the other day! It's really cool you're trying the game! Unfortunately it is a really steep learning curve. OW2 was my first FPS, but I also had a team of 4 other people helping me learn and it was still overwhelming. I'd definitely recommend watching some tip/gameplay videos or try to talk to someone/play with someone else. There's just so much information to the game, and even after playing for over a year+, I'm still learning new things and only know how to play a few characters well. I hope you try it out again, and if you do, good luck!
I love this! I've been playing Overwatch since it released in 2016 and its awesome to see a fresh perspective on it. You did well to begin with & I think your games will get easier as you play (you will improve naturally & the game will stop making you fight against people who have obviously been playing for a longer time). Glad to see you giving it a try after watching the lore cinematics :D
Just finished watching! Deffo a good choice to stick with Soldier 76 instead of Tracer, Pharah or Winton as overwatch abilities can be hard to get a hang of, though that"s what makes the game interesting to learn. Would love to see more of this content in the future! :)
this was really cool to see! i started overwatch as the first game i ever really played around a year and a half ago because my friends convinced me to play. you'll get the hang of it with time! what i'd recommend is to go into the practice range and just try out the heroes you have unlocked and learn what each of their abilities do by pressing f1. once you play around with them you'll kind of understand how they work and then it'll be easier to try to focus on working with your team (you can enter the practice range when you aren't queuing for a match by going to the training page like you did in the tutorial, that way you have time to practice). also, it can take some time to find a hero that fits your playstyle, so i'd suggest just trying them all out and seeing which ones you have fun with! and as a side note - basically nobody uses the voice chat in overwatch, pretty much all the communication is through pinging things (if people even do that haha) so you don't have to worry about having it turned off!
Poor guy should have had someone play with him. Its so much easier when you have a buddy helping you! Personally ive always played with controller. You dont need fantastic aim with most characters.
these kinds of videos would be useful for developers to watch so they can understand what is confusing to players new to the game, curse of knowledge and all
Loved seeing a new player giving OW a try! You're doing great! BTW, if you want to see your stats during a match, press and hold tab. F1 will show your abilities. Looking forward to more videos!
Nice work! It's so rare we get to see a genuine new player to OW. Nostalgic. There is definitely a bigger learning task ahead of you than for most of us because you are coming into a game with WAY more heroes. Take your time and ignore the toxic people, lol.
You’re genuinely doing so well! I’ve watched all of your overwatch reactions and it is so cool seeing you play! I can’t wait to see you play more and get better 😊. It’s such a fun game!
He isn’t just new to ow he’s new to gaming the way how he didn’t press E once on phara. I would press all buttons to see what they do when playing a new game
I saw Myth play this game in 2022 and was like this game looks too fast and frantic. 1500 hours later I'm still playing. Welcome to the community. This game is so addicting.
Welcome to Overwatch! I've been playing since the first beta back in 2015 so it's very interesting to see a new player's perspective. There's quite a learning curve but don't be intimidated and just take it at your own pace. It's a very fun and rewarding game and I hope you enjoy it!
I have been playing this game since OW1 beta, I waited in line at GameStop for the midnight release. I still play quite a bit. It has been super cool to follow you along your journey of the cinematics and now trying the game out! I hope we get to see more vids like this! And welcome to Overwatch! A wise woman once said "The world could always use more heroes!"
I'm gonna cry because i remember starting to play overwatch 2 and seeing the starter menu art i can't believe its almost been 2 years since ive started playing.
@baracktrump4944 your right I don't know what it's like to play overwatch 1 and there's probably many people like me who have only played overwatch 2 but that's not our fault and I hope your not implying that.
@baracktrump4944 okay sorry if I sounded like a prick but I just get really annoyed and it's not exactly easy to say to people "oh I play overwatch 2 in my spare time". Without anyone saying anything negative about it. Especially with all the negativity about blizzard and ik how messed up the company is but I still enjoy the game because of the gameplay and characters.
this is very wholesome to watch. i also am a new player (started this January) but it's refreshing to see someone have genuine fun playing the game. i do recommend trying out the Mystery Heroes gamemode as it will help you learn all the heroes and find which ones you enjoy the most, it helped me find my favourite heroes at the time. best of luck!
Dude I saw your reactions to the story and seeing you play Overwatch was a treat! I love this game and play it so much and even though it gets me mad at times, I play it every day after work.
This is so amazing to watch. As someone who has put thousands of hours into overwatch, it's easy to lose touch with the roots we all start with. Incredible!
I see someone naive to top 500, i click video, i find peace. overwatch is so wild the first few weeks. its fun to watch new players and see their opinions on the game!
I have been playing OW casually since the release of OW1 with many many (too many) hours in game, it is so interesting/fun to watch someone play for the very first time. You did really well for not knowing many, if any of the other heroes abilities. Open queue can be a pain since its not role locked to 1 tank, 2 dps and 2 healers, which is why you may have felt like you had unbalanced teams. Open queue does let you switch to any hero instead of being locked to only heroes of a single role though, so its probably a little better to learn heroes with unless you plan to stick to a single role the whole time. I believe you unlock role queue (unranked) after 5 games played. Also, having voice chat off is a good choice, at least until you have learned some heroes and have some understanding of the game modes. People can be real goobers. It is a team game though and having good communication wins games! I hope you enjoyed playing!
Been really fun watching someone new to overwatch as an ip and a game. Its also cool to see it from someone whos pretty much new to modern fps games play. If youd ever like people here including myself would love to get into a lobby with you and help you with some basics. I hope this isnt the last we see from you
So much fun seeing a brand new player just goin in blind! Man i see now that this game is hard, should have a bigger tutorial tbh. It will be fun to watch your videos after this and see how you progress :) for a first timer this was pretty good. Just remember to reload your gun, stick with your team and try to learn one or two heroes well so u know thier abilites. Just keep up the grind. For me it took like 10-15 hours until i knew every hero and what i was up against :D keep it up!
I just came from watching your blind reacts. Happy to have you on the game. For me what i love about the game is the interaction between characters, not just in voice lines but also in gameplay. the art and design is top tier as well. i guess you pick reaper. XD mercy is a crazy pick
all the game is free, all heroes and stuffs, you will unlock them just playing the game... but some cosmetics u only can unlock with money, but dont worry about the heroes, everyone is free
Perfectly acceptable to have voice or even text chat off if you aren't comfortable with it yet. Plenty of people don't do it even in comp if they don't want to. Everyone starts at no experience and works their way up doing whatever they want and just have fun it. I went from the lowest rank to playing with friends in top 500 on PC over the years just having fun and enjoying the game with people
I really enjoyed watching the learning process, as it’s something so ingrained in my mind that I don’t tend to think about it anymore. I think other than learning basic team coordination and coherency, and looking more carefully at the heroes’ abilities beforehand, you did very well. I partly blame the game for providing an absolutely awful tutorial for new players where these concepts are never explained (I don’t even think they mentioned headshots do more damage) and starting you with no role limits so games are very unbalanced, but in the end I suppose it’s to get you into the action with any hero you want to use. I never realized how difficult it can be to start this game fresh so late into its lifecycle and how many new players there still seem to be joining. Keep at it!
I found this video just now....and how I love seeing new people trying out the game! Also really happy that you experienced with heroes, if I was in your place I would've sticked to one :') I don't wanna give out advices that aren't asked for but please look around more frequently so they cannot get you easily! Plus i'd say that role queue is a little better so people won't be without a support! Way to go Soldier BaldSaturn!
you did a good job. its hard at first to know everyones abilities so you know what you're up against. as for the game types, you basically want to be at the area of the objective. if you're near the push robot or payload, you push it. and basically on defence you want to content (by being on the objective) as much bas possible. don't worry too much about stats, because at the end of the day its all about the objective which is how you win or lose. but yeah, definetly you need to learn how to interact with each character, as certain characters are better against certain other characters. the main thing is is you want to find a character you are comftable with.
I hope you enjoy the game! There's definitely a bit of a learning curve. Once you figure out how different heroes work and their counters, it gets easier. Especially once you learn how to work together in a team. Overwatch is super fun and unique, I've been playing since 2016 and would be happy to answer any questions you have!
Maybe consider streaming. You ask many questions throughout your videos and I feel compelled to answer them but then I remember this is just a video. With streaming you can get realtime feedback and interaction.
(This turned out longer than I was expecting but it was fun to do. Don't worry about understanding all of this, Overwatch has a LOT of complexity and as a new player it's better to just get time logged and enjoy the game!) I'm gonna take some short notes while watching just to help with stuff you didn't figure out/wouldn't know from basic training/gameplay. 1. 6:57 Soldier's Ultimate auto aims but if you manually aim at heads it can crit so it is still worthwile to attempt to aim at enemies when using it. 2. 13:21 Mercy can do damage but she has to swap to her pistol instead of her staff. Scroll wheeling in either direction will swap between the two. 3. 14:46 There is no fall damage in the game. Overwatch has a LOT of vertical mobility so having fall damage doesn't really make sense. 4. 14:52 Widowmaker's lethality comes from sniping, not using the automatic function of her rifle (like you did to get your 10 training range kills). That's really only used to clean up targets that are super low health. You do have to allow the second for the shot to charge up to 100% and most heroes cannot shoot through shields. Also there IS falloff damage but Widowmaker's is the longest in the game. There are some weapons/abilities that do not have falloff. 5. 15:30 Widowmaker's mine attaches to any surface and when an opponent gets near it the enemy becomes visible through walls for a short while and also takes a small bit of ticking damage over time. 6. 16:09 Widowmaker's Ultimate makes it so every enemy is revealed through walls for her entire team for the duration. If she dies while it's active the visibility goes away too. 7. 17:35 Pharah is all about aerial offense. When you were jumping with her a fuel meter was appearing that I don't think you noticed. When you hold down space you propel slightly upwards. A lot of people instead press space occasionally to hover as it uses up fuel slower. When you use the jump jet to rocket fast into the air (shift key) it automatically gives you some fuel back and when you are on the ground you also start regenerating fuel. 8. 22:27 There are several gamemodes in normal quick play overwatch (these are the same ones in the competitive mode). The one you started with against AI was called Escort. That thing you jumped on at 22:33 is called the payload and one team is attempting to push the payload along a predetermined path (attack) and the other team is trying to prevent them from pushing it (defense, what you were on). In quick play you just play one side and if the attacking team is able to push it all the way they win and if not the defending team does. In competitive both sides get a chance and it can go extra rounds if both teams push it all the way. The payload is "pushed" when attackers are near it and no defenders are. 9. 22:30 The character you were following at the very start of the AI match that was all purple is Sombra. When she looks like that that means she's invisible to the enemy team so you following her around would kinda give away her position in a match against other humans. 10. 22:37 The "voice chat" you were hearing was just ingame dialogue by the characters in the game. You can use the action wheel (the c key) to say different things like "hello", "no", "yes", etc. as the character in game. There is voice chat as well but that was not it. 11. 24:14 Yes you can change to any hero in your role (tank/dps/support) midmatch in your spawn room. Doing so will reduce your ultimate charge down to 15% if it was above that however so sometimes it makes more sense if you're close to having your ultimate to wait to swap until you use it so you don't lose all that charge. 12. 24:27 There aren't any "doors" that open for you in Overwatch (except when certain points have just been captured by attacking teams and the starting spawn doors). All pathways will already be open. 13. 24:54 That glowing blue thing to the right is a health pack. There are set spawns for both mini and mega health packs across every map. That one was a mega that heals 250hp, minis heal 75hp. When you grab a health pack it takes a little bit before ANYBODY can grab that pack again. You noticed another mega health pack after you spawned from this death. 14. 26:34 This is a good example of why you want to be up high with Pharah. Instead of the rockets shooting by the rockets would shoot down at the Lucio and Pharah's rockets have splash damage so even when you miss you could still get some damage on him. Not trying to poke fun it was just a good example of why her kit is built around being above her enemies. 15. 26:48 The tab key brings up the ingame scoreboard/stats screen. 16. 27:40 Those are part of a progression system in the game. You HAD gotten a kill and done damage but the vs AI mode does not count for any form of progression/rewards in the game except time played so it showed everything else zeroed out. 17. 28:44 The practice range (it might just specifically be the "while you wait" skirmish version, I'm not sure) allows you to try all the heroes out so you can see how their kits work and what kind of abilities they have. 18. 30:24 This is a Push map. Push has a robot and two barricades that start in the middle of the match. The big "escort" symbol in the middle of the screen is where the robot is. The robot acts like the payload from the previous match vs AI except BOTH teams are trying to attack so he doesn't move if both/neither teams are nearby but he will move towards the opposite team's side when one team is near. When he pushes the barricades towards the enemies side, THAT is what gives you progression on the bars up top. Farthest distance pushed by the time the time runs out wins (or push it all the way). A good shot of the enemies being removed from within the robot's range and your team gaining control and then escorting it to the barricade and it pushing the barricade starts at 30:55. 19. 30:39 Legitimately great aim here, I was like "wtf where did that come from" XD 20. 34:03 This is something that will come with time but all heroes have unique sounds for all abilities AND footsteps. The cassidy that hinders you here and ends up getting the kill is clopping around in his cowboy boots behind you. With time you'll be able to recognize them but just a heads up that sound cues like that are definitely in game to be wary of. 21. 34:58 I'm intentionally not going over every hero ability in the game but this one is important. Junkerqueen's ultimate gives you "anti heal" which means you are unable to heal yourself/be healed while you have it. You can see when you have it because your healthbar will turn purple. It goes away after a short bit and her ultimate also does ticking damage over time too. There's only one other hero in the game that can give you this effect and it's Ana, a support with her biotic grenade. Just an important effect to be aware of which is why I'm pointing it out unlike most other abilities being used. 22. 41:13 Winston's shield is the device he was working on in the cinematic where he sends the message out to recall Overwatch. The thing that failed that he used to blow up Reaper when Reaper thought it wasn't going to do anything. You can see it directly in the middle of the shield :) 23. 42:12 Winston's weapon's primary fire does not shoot very far but does hit all people in it's range. He also has a secondary fire (right click) that charges and then shoots a beam of focused electricity at a single target at a distance. This doesn't do a lot of damage but can be used while closing distance or on a low target enemy. (You figure this out at 44:50) 24. 42:26 This is a Control map. Control maps are split into 3 different maps. Both teams fight to have control of the objective (the big A you pointed out is where the objective is on this map). The first team to capture 100% of the objective wins that map. Then you go to the next map of the 3 and the overall match ends when one team has won 2 of the maps. The 3 maps for each Control map can appear in any order. 25. 43:09 Winston's leap (shift key) is based on which direction you face. If you had flicked your camera up you could have actually saved yourself with it. 26. 43:54 The barrier actually does block ALMOST everything however if somebody is on the same side of it as you (inside or outside) then that barrier is no longer in the way so they can do damage. The Cassidy walked inside your bubble (what most call it) so he was able to damage you since you were also inside. A VERY common Winston strat is to do something called "bubble dancing" where you stand near the edge of your bubble and move back and forth in randomly so it's harder for enemies to hit you. This is used when enemies are up close, if the enemies are out of your range you just want to stay inside to avoid the damage. This is unnecessary to know now but for a little bit of fun the only heroes that can damage through barriers (not just Winston's are: Brigitte (primary melee), Doomfist (punch), Genji (dash/ultimate), Junkerqueen (axe swing/ultimate), Ramattra (primary punch while in Nemesis form), Reinhardt (primary melee), Venture (alternate fire dash), Winston (primary fire), Wrecking Ball (slam). All standard melee attacks by every hero can also damage through shields. Symmetra also can charge her primary fire off of enemy shields and Sombra's ultimate can destroy shields. (This is a lot of excess stuff you don't need to know now) 27. 50:28 To be specific, Tracer's Recall rewinds you back 3 seconds prior to when you used it. You're invincible (and literally not visible/targettable) during it and any health you lost in those 3 seconds you regain. (You read about Recall healing you later on via an ingame tip)
damn, getting into overwatch for the first time must be insanely difficult and daunting. good on you mate, and hope you enjoy it as much as I do, truly a great game!!
I’ve been playing this game since 2017 but still remember how overwhelming it felt to be a brand new player who was new-ish to FPS games, and there were even less heroes back then! Be patient with yourself. You WILL die a lot, even to AI bots. The real people queueing into AI games are often brand new like you, but are sometimes seasoned players just there to fool around, so don’t worry about how much you die - just use it to familiarise yourself with the controls of the heroes you’re playing. You did really well already, and quickly learned that staying with your tank/team is a good idea. I’m embarrassed of how long it took me to intuit that when I first started playing :’) You’ve probably been offered this by a bunch of people but if you ever need anyone to bounce your questions about the game/heroes off, I’d be happy to help :D
Don't beat yourself up over what you know or don't know or what you can or can't do. Every new players experiences this-it can be overwhelming at times. It's funny, I actually was a long-time player on consoles! (Played a lot of Overwatch 1 on PS4 back in the day, then dropped the series for years until I picked it up again on with Overwatch 2 on the Switch). Getting a gaming laptop and having to relearn a lot of the basics is hard (things like movement and aiming is really tough!). The best thing you can do as a new player is read. Each character has their own toolkit and mechanics that ANY player can play as or against at any given time, which is a very unique aspect of Overwatch. Your abilities can be consulted at anytime in-game via the F1 key.
it's so cute and wholesome watching a brand new player learn the game 😭 I hope you had some fun with it!
Ironically "cute and wholesome" is my middle name

Right? I love watching them try it for the first time
I recommend Reinhardt. He's pretty strong even with a pseudo Orisa meta now
I don't know if anyone noticed this but your teammate Soldier 76 at 46:12 had figured by then that you're a totally new player.
I saw the whole video, and during that match, multiple times he was playing near you to help you and put his biotic field so you get heal, which made me feel happy because that's what I do when I find new players.
This video makes me feel like I'm new to overwatch again haha thank you for creating this content
Thank you for watching!
I've been playing for 7 yrs so it's easy to notice when someone is new. I play a lot of support so I always try to help new people more when I can, unless they're just running in and feeding. There's honestly not much I can help with there tho 😅 I can't out heal that kinda damage.
Classic sbmm. It was their SECOND game and they played against that😭
thats actually so cute he was trying to help
stop thats so cute 🥹 i just started the video, cant wait to get to that part
Oh man... it is both painful and fascinating to watch this. I have played this game for years, and it definitely needs more tutorials!
I think Athena wants you to confirm your selection by pressing continue bro
Going to hear that in my nightmares lol
I swear she was getting more aggressive with each repeat.
LOL
been playing OW since 2016, it holds a special place in my heart. Happy you're giving it a try!
Hope this is a fun watch for you!
@@SolitarySaturn and on the side note when u wondered who pharah is, she is anas daughter
Who is Anas? lol 😂
@@SolitarySaturn Ana! The grandma sniper.
I even play exclusively AI lobby's ever since yop 😂
Watching that first game against real players was such a treat! You actually did really well for someone with little-to-no mouse and keyboard fps experience. You were taking angles and shooting from range intuitively, and followed your intuition on following tanks and self-healing. All great instincts for this type of game! Excited to see you progress and if you stick with OW :)
Thanks for going on this journey. As a player since 2016, its been a joy to relive the emotions those cinematics and trailers bring up with someone new watching it, and seeing gameplay through the eyes of a beginner again.
59:28 “It’s a lot different when people heal me” FELT 🤣🤣
This was so entertaining to watch! I'm a 49 year old guy whose daughter played OW2 for a year and then suggested I try it out too. Now I've been playing the game for a year too and I have like 500 hours on just Moira alone 😅 It felt a bit overwhelming at start because I went straight to unranked matches without even realizing there's a possibility to play against AI.
OW is genuinely one of, if not the hardest FPS game to learn. Don't feel discouraged!
You already know to wait for your team, to pick up health packs, and to use cover so you're better than most brand new players
I've seen diamond players on the regular who don't understand those concepts still lol
@@StephanieMiller-r3mLiterally!!
It's such a part of OW that we gave it a name, c9 😂 named after the pro team Cloud9 who were notorious for stepping off point too long or not touching for OT.
why r u lying lmao overwatch is one of the easiest fps games siege is one of the hardest lmao
It IS really cool to see your transition from knowing only the lore to the game itself
while frustating as some parts to watch, its acutally really refreshing to watch someone enjoy and learn overwatch for the first time!
hey! i'm a long-time overwatch player and i'm so happy to see someone new enjoying the game! i hope you had fun! here's some little tips for the heroes you tried:
- Phara can do huge damage, but she can be very vulnerable on the ground. Use her abilities to fly up high and shoot the enemy from above. She can be a really valuable distraction!
- Honestly you had a good grip on Soldier, and getting better will just come with time :)
- Winston does best at running in and doing close-range damage and then quickly jumping out when he's low on health.
- Tracer can blink around, and her recall ability reverses time a few seconds. She plays very similar to winston, where you blink in, do damage, and rewind to get your health back.
Sorry for the wall of text! I'd also recommend Lucio if you want to try a healer. He was the hero I learned first! Have fun! ❤️ (also, if you want to learn via videos, I recommend the youtuber Emongg, he's one of the nicest voices in the overwatch community and I learned a lot from him!)
all of this is good advice and i wanna second the Emongg recommendation!!
Same, i saw the cinematics and started playing last week 😂
this guy is so wholesome, his reaction videos made me like him so i will keep an eye for new overwatch videos kekw
❤️
So refreshing to see someone new to pvp games! Usually everyone plays like a pro because of how mainstream video games have become
As a player with hundreds of hours I enjoy seeing new players trip over ahhAhah it's so heartwarming. 😅
You'll notice the abilities the heroes have are represented in the cinematics you saw. The "nerf this" thingy that got you several times is Dva autodestroying her mech and throwing it away LOL
You are also right, the team compositions were off (in your team mostly...) so it makes it even more dificult to play.
The thing I noticed punishing your gameplay is not hearing someone shooting at you from your sides or behind... but is OK as you are still getting used to recognize each hero sound (they are intended to be VERY distinct).
Chill plays! had fun watching and suffering with you 🤣
some tips for new players
- you can see your selected hero's abilities by holding F1
- you will unlock the new heroes by playing the game and complete the challenges but you can try every heroes in Practice Range
- mercy can switch her healing staff to a pistol by scrolling on your mouse
- when you play pharah you can hold "space bar" to fly
- when you play widowmaker its better if you play on a high ground (use your grappling hook to get there) and snipe them with your right click
- press R to reload but some heroes have infinite ammo
- OW2 has 6 game modes
1. control - two teams fight over a capture point in a best-of-three format
2. escort - the attacking team must escort a payload to a delivery point, while the defending team attempts to prevent them until the timer runs out
3. flashpoint - each flashpoint map has five capture points, called "flashpoints," and a team must capture three to win the game
4. hybrid - hybrid is a game mode which starts with an Assault capture point and continues with an Escort objective
5. push - two teams fight to escort a robot who pushes an objective onto the opposite (enemy) side of the map
6. clash - clash has five total capture objectives, placed in a linear pattern on a mirrored map, teams may win in one of two ways: by reaching five points before the enemy team, or by capturing the objective closest to the enemy spawn
- a normal team in OW2 must have 5 heroes (1 tank, 2 damages, 2 supports) you can select between "Role Queue"(choose a role before you play) or "Open Queue"(play any role but you might be in a team with 5 damages, 3 tanks and 2 support or a normal team depend on your teammates' tactics)
- you can say "Hello" by hold C, drag to the "Hello" section and then release
- you need to be near the payload(car, objective) to move it. more ppl will make it move faster (maximum 3 ppl)
- if you have a leaver there will be the new ppl to join and replace them (you can join mid game)
- if your tank or 2 supports died don't jump in the fight, you should just fall back, regroup and wait for them
- the last game you don't have a tank bc you selected "open queue" so yea... hahaha
i hope you enjoy the game its my fav game of all time XD you will get better at it i just know it hehehe
Love to hear this!
psst Blizzard if you’re watching, put in the tutorial the different objectives and game types (push the payload, push the robot, control, clash)
This is so wholesome! I love the blind playthrough, would love to see your journey through Overwatch if you continue playing.
Would definitely love to see more of this.
hello from a fall 2020 overwatch player
@@Zarflame99_Alt Hey there.
Hope you enjoyed playing! Don't be discouraged about losses, there is an overwhelming amount of information to absorb in your first couple hours of game-play. Can't wait to see your next overwatch video!
I definitely didn't take the losing too hard. I was honestly happy I survived for any length of time haha.
Don't forget to hit tab to see what team composition you have!
*A few comments about some of your questions/wonders:*
The "free version" is the only version.
I love this series, you should watch all TF2 (team fortress 2) videos/shorts next, they are just like overwatch shorts.
Hahahaha, don't worry about being bad! It's been such a long time since I've seen someone completely new play this game, so really don't worry about it. Very fun to watch, I hope it was enjoyable! Don't forget you can press f1 to see what a hero does, very important with this game, especially as you unlock the more complicated ones
I've been playing since 2017, so I'm a bit up there in skill, and these things take time.
Much love!
Thank you!!!
i have 6,100 hours on overwatch and it can be a super infuriating and difficult game, it has such a high skill ceiling and it can feel so so different to other FPS games where everyone else just seems like they’re cheating
you gots to find a role you love, any of the 3 work, practice that role a bunch and you will definitely get a feel for that role and be able to play most of the characters in it to a great standard
the game is really fun once you have some momentum, so keep trying :D
I only have 6,099 hours less than you. Progress 😁
It's a real joy to watch someone try out Overwatch for the first time. Love your chill vibes as well. Hope you're enjoying the game!
Appreciate the kind words!
something to note about tanks is they're very different than conventional tanks in games like mmo's, they create what's called "space", which is an area where your team can play, which can be done multiple ways, whether it's shielding off the enemy team from that area, or using winston to jump onto the enemy team and place a bubble on them to pressure them out of an area so your team has more opportunities to shoot at the enemy
Watching the kill cams when you die is a great way to learn how to use the heroes early on, keep watching them!
Wish paladins didn’t remove kill cams for this reason. stupid decision even if it was buggy in that game.
i grew up playing overwatch and have been playing for over 7 years now. and oh my god I LOVED watching this, i very faintly remember my first days on the game and it feels so nostalgic to see this game through the eyes of a new player, it almost feels like rediscovering the game and all the memories 🥹 it's especially fun to watch you pay attention and question things that i don't even think about as a veteran player, like trying to see if you can enter a bus on king's row, punching the boxing bag to see if it does anything in the gym room on practice range or just looking around all the spawn rooms like the good room on junkertown
it's always nice to see new players on overwatch, the world
could always use more heroes ❤
Here are some tips you might find helpful:
- When someone shoots at you you can see a red indicator around your crosshair showing you which direction they are shooting at you from. There's a good example of this at 26:30 in the video.
- The game uses directional sound so you can hear footsteps, gun sounds etc from enemy players which can help you locate where they are.
(Sorry for the wall of text but here's some useful info about Ultimate abilities:)
- Every hero has an Ultimate voice line that they will shout each time they use their Ultimate ability.
Here are some useful examples:
Enemy ults:
- When Dva yells "Nerf this!" her mech is going to self-destruct and take everyone down with it.
Friendly ults:
- When Ana on your own team yells "You're powered up, get in there!" she has used her nano-boost on you, increasing your damage by a bunch and makes you slightly tankier for the duration. If she uses it on another teammate you will instead hear her say "Nano-boost administered."
- When Kiriko yells "Let the kitsune guide you!" she creates a blue path on the ground. While standing on the path your team gains more attack speed and reduced ability cooldowns.
I watched it from beginning to end, keep up the good work. It was especially interesting to watch the reaction when watching short films about the game❤
You might be surprised, but I'm Russian and I'm watching you from Siberia. 😂
BTW I've been playing this game since the beta test in 2015 and I'm not tired of it at all.. I didn't regret it at all and it still brings me pleasure
Imma be honest this was both wholesome and REALLY PAINFUL to watch
you did exceptionally well for someone without a lot of keyboard experience!
something that is not noted a lot in-game is that sound cues are quite important. listening for footsteps/gunshots can help you better locate enemies, and sometimes what the characters say can give you a hint as to what they are doing (plus the banter may give you some more insight on the characters).
I hope you try it out again, and if you do, good luck!
you're able to fly around with pharah by holding spacebar
Oh man, that menu screen. Haven't seen it in a long time. Nice to see new players picking it up!
this was really cool to see! i started overwatch as the first game i ever really played around a year and a half ago because my friends convinced me to play. you'll get the hang of it with time! what i'd recommend is to go into the practice range and just try out the heroes you have unlocked and learn what each of their abilities do by pressing f1. once you play around with them you'll kind of understand how they work and then it'll be easier to try to focus on working with your team (you can enter the practice range when you aren't queuing for a match by going to the training page like you did in the tutorial, that way you have time to practice). also, it can take some time to find a hero that fits your playstyle, so i'd suggest just trying them all out and seeing which ones you have fun with! and as a side note - basically nobody uses the voice chat in overwatch, pretty much all the communication is through pinging things (if people even do that haha) so you don't have to worry about having it turned off!
Poor guy should have had someone play with him. Its so much easier when you have a buddy helping you!
Personally ive always played with controller. You dont need fantastic aim with most characters.
So happy to see someone new play, I’d be happy to play with you if you decide to play again and show you everything you can do
these kinds of videos would be useful for developers to watch so they can understand what is confusing to players new to the game, curse of knowledge and all
Loved seeing a new player giving OW a try! You're doing great! BTW, if you want to see your stats during a match, press and hold tab. F1 will show your abilities. Looking forward to more videos!
This video made me laugh and it was so wholesome. I loved your genuine reactions to everything ❤
It’s such a fun game!
you're honestly better than half of my ranked teammates so ur good
He isn’t just new to ow he’s new to gaming the way how he didn’t press E once on phara.
I really do hope you return with this Solitary, i think once you get a real hang of it that you'll enjoy Overwatch!
As a pharah main... It hurt to see him not try to jump and hold even once in the beginning...
Lol yeah I didn't realize I could fly haha
I'm gonna cry because i remember starting to play overwatch 2 and seeing the starter menu art i can't believe its almost been 2 years since ive started playing.
overwatch 2 players are cute. I played since ow released in 2016 and these new ow2 players have no idea what it was like
@baracktrump4944 your right I don't know what it's like to play overwatch 1 and there's probably many people like me who have only played overwatch 2 but that's not our fault and I hope your not implying that.
@@stardust_1237 i would never
@baracktrump4944 okay sorry if I sounded like a prick but I just get really annoyed and it's not exactly easy to say to people "oh I play overwatch 2 in my spare time". Without anyone saying anything negative about it.
Especially with all the negativity about blizzard and ik how messed up the company is but I still enjoy the game because of the gameplay and characters.
Been playing for 7 years, and i loved watching this 💖hope you play more! Its a learning curve for sure, but so fun.
Enjoyed this
this is very wholesome to watch. i also am a new player (started this January) but it's refreshing to see someone have genuine fun playing the game. i do recommend trying out the Mystery Heroes gamemode as it will help you learn all the heroes and find which ones you enjoy the most, it helped me find my favourite heroes at the time. best of luck!
Dude I saw your reactions to the story and seeing you play Overwatch was a treat! I love this game and play it so much and even though it gets me mad at times, I play it every day after work.
Stay tuned for more or drop by one of the upcoming streams on twitch and say hi! Thanks for watching!
This is so amazing to watch. As someone who has put thousands of hours into overwatch, it's easy to lose touch with the roots we all start with. Incredible!
Thanks for watching!
OMG I am so pumped that you actually tried this game you have no idea XD
Love to see the ground Pharah btw😂
Flying is overrated.... lol
BTW the reason it didn't show any stats in the beginning was because you were playing against AI, so it doesn't track most stats.
Perfectly acceptable to have voice or even text chat off if you aren't comfortable with it yet. Plenty of people don't do it even in comp if they don't want to. Everyone starts at no experience and works their way up doing whatever they want and just have fun it.
I went from the lowest rank to playing with friends in top 500 on PC over the years just having fun and enjoying the game with people
Overwatch is really fun. Glad to see you progress from origin stories and cinematic to gameplay
Also really happy that you experienced with heroes, if I was in your place I would've sticked to one :')
I don't wanna give out advices that aren't asked for but please look around more frequently so they cannot get you easily! Plus i'd say that role queue is a little better so people won't be without a support!
Way to go Soldier BaldSaturn!
I hope you will continue to enjoy the game! Players can be toxic towards newbies, just mute them and carry on playing
I will keep positive vibes
Love seeing someone learn this game. It's got a lot to offer!
you did a good job. its hard at first to know everyones abilities so you know what you're up against. as for the game types, you basically want to be at the area of the objective. if you're near the push robot or payload, you push it. and basically on defence you want to content (by being on the objective) as much bas possible. don't worry too much about stats, because at the end of the day its all about the objective which is how you win or lose.
but yeah, definetly you need to learn how to interact with each character, as certain characters are better against certain other characters.
the main thing is is you want to find a character you are comftable with.
You did very well, I love seeing new players enjoy this.
Maybe consider streaming. You ask many questions throughout your videos and I feel compelled to answer them but then I remember this is just a video. With streaming you can get realtime feedback and interaction.
(This turned out longer than I was expecting but it was fun to do. Don't worry about understanding all of this, Overwatch has a LOT of complexity and as a new player it's better to just get time logged and enjoy the game!)
I'm gonna take some short notes while watching just to help with stuff you didn't figure out/wouldn't know from basic training/gameplay.
1. 6:57 Soldier's Ultimate auto aims but if you manually aim at heads it can crit so it is still worthwile to attempt to aim at enemies when using it.
2. 13:21 Mercy can do damage but she has to swap to her pistol instead of her staff.
19. 30:39 Legitimately great aim here, I was like "wtf where did that come from" XD
20. 34:03 This is something that will come with time but all heroes have unique sounds for all abilities AND footsteps.
You can see it directly in the middle of the shield :)
23. 42:12 Winston's weapon's primary fire does not shoot very far but does hit all people in it's range. He also has a secondary fire (right click) that charges and then shoots a beam of focused electricity at a single target at a distance. This doesn't do a lot of damage but can be used while closing distance or on a low target enemy. (You figure this out at 44:50)
24. 42:26 This is a Control map.
(This is a lot of excess stuff you don't need to know now)
27. 50:28 To be specific, Tracer's Recall rewinds you back 3 seconds prior to when you used it.
I’m embarrassed of how long it took me to intuit that when I first started playing :’)
You’ve probably been offered this by a bunch of people but if you ever need anyone to bounce your questions about the game/heroes off, I’d be happy to help :D
I indeed was screaming at my monitor wishing i was there to explain the way the abilities work LMAO
You needed to scream louder I couldn’t hear you 🤣
@@SolitarySaturn I TRIED!!! For whatever reason the sound was being blocked by my bedroom walls 😂😂😂😂
@@SolitarySaturn but if u need an in depth run down I volunteer as tribute 😂
It is so much fun watching your overwatch journey! ❤😊
I hope you had fun playing the game
It’s so cute to see new Overwatch players!
I hope you had fun-you did great! 😆 I discovered your channel a few days ago, keep up the awesome work!
Thank for the kind words!
This was HILARIOUS. Thanks so much for doing it. I'm so jealous that I don't have video of me being a noob. Though...I used the spacebar on Pharah. 🤣
I love that you are trying this out, I just wish someone was there to guide you through it.
I am getting a ton of advice from comments and chat, but learning blind is part of the fun too.
