Awesome. And unless you've already installed your new kitchen indoors, the perfect stopgap whilst gutting and installing. Just turn it towards the back door. Job done. 😊
Excellent idea, I have a 7m x 4m outdoor kitchen, but my wife wants an extension now, pity as it has taken a lot of time and effort to build it as it's all undercover and the rain can't get in. So what you have built is brilliant, I'll be pinching a few of your ideas, I have the Napoleon BILEX605 outstanding gas grill. Many thanks for your great ideas.
Love the concept, only thing I'd do differently is make a hinged fold down floor about 1/4 of the height. Gives a bit of room to stand and avoids the twisted ankle when I've had a couple of cold ones! Look forward to the even bigger builds you have planned! 👍🏻
Looks brilliant! Whats the worktop? Would love to see a follow up vid / short on the power and water connections. This is a class build, nothing else like it on TH-cam
Completely bonkers! Bonkers but brilliant! It's well beyond my level and completely over the top for my modest semi but I absolutely love the idea and execution. Great video too.😊
This looks so awesome and would love to do/have something like this in our garden… one thing I was wondering was the plumbing/electrics and how they run, particularly with it being mobile?
Great build and looks stylish. Something I'd probably change would be to make it more maintainable. So if I burnt the counter or the electrics/lights broke its a little easier to replace.
Really enjoyed watching you build that, even though i won't be building one it's as though just watching your expertise and listening to your detailed descriptions is helping my confidence for the million or so jobs I'm going to do over the next couple years so, well done and cheers 🍔🌭🍕🍺❤️🇬🇧
Really awesome design. Like you say, the roller shutter is something I’ve not seen before. Would be good to see how water and electric is connected up (and the waste water goes in a bucket/drain?) Also would be really useful to see a rough price breakdown. Sounds like a pretty affordable build?
Might be giving Tom a call when I do my shed. Want rollers on both sides so i can go straight through it. Always good to hear about trusted suppliers for stuff in the Norwich area.
Lovely build as always! Like others have mentioned, the standing area is rather small, especially if your stood for some time cooking on the barbie, not much leeway to avoid the spitting meat haha. I'd definitely fall of before or after a beer 😂 keep up the great work 👍
Looks great. I'd like to see a 6 month later follow-up vid after winter to see how it fares. Hopefully the water resistant cement board and air gaps in the shutter providing ventilation mean you won't have any problems with trapped moisture.
@@TheDIYGuy1 I also want a sink, though I will get a bigger one, how does your solution deal with water inlet and drainage? Power is easy enough to hook in and out but piping and drainage?
Pipe your sink off a hose but make sure you use it as hand wash only. Drainage, just run your waste in a bucket or pipe it into a flower bed behind. You will probably want to mesh over the end of the pipe so no nasties come in
I'm trying to get my husband to watch this, as we're looking for a utility area to put our washing machine and tumble dryer in, as our kitchen is so small and no room for a dishwasher. I'm guessing we could do this in a similar way to your outside kitchen? Do you have any tips for us to make a utility room? Many thanks
Awesome build mate. Only things I would do different is make it a bit wider so you have more space to stand (I probably fall off after a couple of beers) and I would put some sort of trim round the fridge.
Absolutely brilliant! Wow! 🤩 Absolutely love this! What is the music playing between minutes 21-22 or so, when you are cladding the outside? I am absolutely LOVING that song!
Thanks. Extension goes up through the bottom with insect mesh over the hole and hidden behind the fridge. Water supply on a hose(non drinking just hand wash), waste pipe drains through to a bucket with mesh over again to prevent any nasties coming inside
Great build. as usual, but what about water feed, waste and electricity hook up? Do you have ports installed externally to connect the services? Did you install a header tank and pump for the water or do you connect to a garden hose? I assume you would need to connect to power for the roller door to operate unless you have some batteries for when it's not connected?
That was meant to be my summer project this year, (other plans interfered). Awesome build mate. Well done. Why you not tile and trim out the floor though? Great video, thanks.
Thanks. Always next summer to do yours. I actually might use some left over vinyl tiles to go over the floor but I wanted to get it done so I could share the video even though I may make some small changes later
Cheers. Good fun to make. Extension goes up through the bottom with insect mesh over the hole and hidden behind the fridge. Water supply on a hose(non drinking just hand wash), waste pipe drains through to a bucket with mesh over again to prevent any nasties coming inside

May have already been asked but when levelling the base wouldn’t you have been correcting for the fall of the patio it was on? So if you were to move it to another bit of the patio you’d introduce a skew to the set up? Perhaps I’m overthinking things!
One of my favourite builds so far! What other cool builds should I do? 😊
This is outstanding, going to try and build one in my garden area where the current bbq area is. Brilliant content.
@@rohitbhardwaj7197you can do it!
All you need is outside TV 😂😂😂
Yep haha
@@TheDIYGuy1 chicken nugget stand
Seriously, this is one of the best builds I have ever seen. Absolutely amazing. Thank You!
Wow, thank you!
You plan, build, inform, entertain and edit in equal measures of greatness. Love it.
I appreciate that!

Absolutely 👍

I am so proud of you. SO AMAZING, Good Job, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's wrong with you?
Thanks!
Thanks to you too! Glad you enjoyed it
Love it. I would of painted the wood in the roof black or white. Would fit in more with the build.
I might try and build this next year
That is very very impressive mate blown away by this!
Thanks a lot 😃

Compact laminate worktop. A short is quite a good idea 👍
@TheDIYGuy1 Would be great to see the detail on the sink and power so another vote for that!
🙌👍
This man is absolutely amazing!
I love your channel. I spend TOO much time watching it.
Glad you enjoy it! 😊
This is awesome. Well thought out and built. Good work.
Thank you very much!
That is superb! 🔥🔥🔥
This is INSANEE!!!!!! These could be a full on product
Oh yes! Thanks 😊
D.I.Y and Pizza. What more could you ask for! Top video amigo 👍
Oh yes!
Blimey that's impressive. You could make those as a business - I'm sure they'd be hugely popular. Great work!
Thanks a lot. Probably could haha

Haha glad you liked the video
Amazing project. Nice one. Always look forward to your stuff. 👍🏻
That is so cool! Would love to have a setup like that! 👏
This looks so awesome and would love to do/have something like this in our garden… one thing I was wondering was the plumbing/electrics and how they run, particularly with it being mobile?
Build it! Electrics run up through bottom on an extension and water feed is a hose(hand was only). Waste out into a bucket 👍
absolutely marvelous, that is going to be great for garden parties
thumbs up
Thank you! Cheers!
That is brilliant, mate. By far the smartest and aesthetically pleasing BBQ areas I've seen. Regards from Sydney Australia
Wow, thanks!
Fantastic! Looks a million dollars. Would have loved some info on how you are connecting the water and electrics though.
Thanks. Water is fed from a hose(hand wash only) and electric is on an extension up through the bottom.
Blown away by this, well done to you all
Thanks a lot. Get building one ☝️
Wow. Super job. 👌🏻
😊 cheers
Great video. Well timed as been planning my little outdoor kitchen. Maybe not as fancy. Them roller wheels look neat! 👌🏾
Go for it!
Just superb!
Now that is a great addition to a garden, nice work
Yes, thanks 👍
Brilliant...i have room in my garden to do this sort of thing too.
Well done love the channel
Go for it! Cheers
Absolutely fantastic build ….. really really a unique one …. I salute 🫡 you Ssssiirrrrrrr👏👏👏👏
Cheers 🙌
Great work, just what I’ve been looking to do for the side of my house
Go for it!
Amazing project, well done 👍
Brilliant, great idea
Thank you! Cheers!
Great build and looks stylish. Something I'd probably change would be to make it more maintainable. So if I burnt the counter or the electrics/lights broke its a little easier to replace.
Thanks. Fair point 👍
Very impressive build! You made it look easy, as usual.
Thank you very much!

Nice, the roller shutters and lighting was a nice touch. Bookmarking this as a winter project for next year! 🍻
Awesome! Thank you!

Aghhhh you’re the reason I’m waiting for my TWF roller door 🤣
😂😂 most likely
Great video as usual! Inspiring. Love that roller door
Thanks so much!
Absolutely brilliant wish I could do that ...👍👍👍👍
You could! Follow along :)
But what is the point of it?.
Because it’s great
This is seriously impressive! Well done mate! I’m very jealous 😂
Hah cheers. Make yourself one

Fantastic.

🙌
I'm definitely going to copy this 😂, ( probably won't turn as as good) but will give it a shot! Lol
You got it!
Love this although I wouldn't be able to do it myself. Would love a really simple version!
You can do it! Simplified versions are entirely possible

What a brilliant idea....I guess you will have hundreds of orders for one just like that...
Wicked. Many thanks 😊
Your welcome 🙏😊
Absolutely brilliant! Wow! 🤩 Absolutely love this! What is the music playing between minutes 21-22 or so, when you are cladding the outside? I am absolutely LOVING that song!
Absolutely cracking build hats off to you how about an outside seating area to go with it ?
Great idea. One for the future for sure. Thanks
Great project and video! Just wondering about the water feed and waste for the sink? And assuming the electrics are plugged into an outdoor socket?
Thanks. Extension goes up through the bottom with insect mesh over the hole and hidden behind the fridge. Water supply on a hose(non drinking just hand wash), waste pipe drains through to a bucket with mesh over again to prevent any nasties coming inside
Informative video, Thank you!
You're welcome!
Love it.
Awesome 👏

Minted mate. 100% you never added the grommets you mentioned though 😂
😂I will do later. Cheers
Quality!! How did you connect the tap up?
Very nice but shouldn't there be a drop vent in the cupboard that houses the gas canister?
Cheers and yes, as there is.
Great video. Please can you show how the sink supply, drain and where to? Also how the electrics work?
Cheers. Good fun to make. Extension goes up through the bottom with insect mesh over the hole and hidden behind the fridge. Water supply on a hose(non drinking just hand wash), waste pipe drains through to a bucket with mesh over again to prevent any nasties coming inside
excellent Video. thank you. question, how much weight can those framing strips hold?
Absolutely amazing., What about the plumbing and running water for the sink ?
Cheers. Good fun to make. Extension goes up through the bottom with insect mesh over the hole and hidden behind the fridge. Water supply on a hose(non drinking just hand wash), waste pipe drains through to a bucket with mesh over again to prevent any nasties coming inside
Love this. Would be awsomne if you could put measurments in description to make it easy for anyine to build
Thanks. My bad. Some of it is quite bespoke so maybe a little difficult unless using identical items within the build,
Love this. In terms of keeping weight down, could jackoboard/wedi board be used?
Thanks. Possibly but I’m not sure if it’s fireproof 🤔
Wicked build, where do u get the C & U metal, looks very expensive in normal places, cheers
Dude I suggest finding out generic specs for lorry tail lift sizes for distribution on these would absolutely sell! 🤌🏽
Haha yeah I could probably make a few quid on these 😆
Another brilliant video, It's got me hooked on your channel. How are you getting power and water to it, though?
Absolutely great build. Loved watching it. One question though, does the sink connect to a garden hose, and where does the waste go?
Yep garden hose for hand washing only. Waste exits into a bucket and has a mesh over the end of the pipe to stop nasties
May have already been asked but when levelling the base wouldn’t you have been correcting for the fall of the patio it was on? So if you were to move it to another bit of the patio you’d introduce a skew to the set up? Perhaps I’m overthinking things!
Levelling casters mean it can be levelled to suit any ground.
Oh shoot, was your roller door man a giant. In that shot with you both in it, I thought I was watching a scene from The Hobbit.
That's awesome, my friend well done
Thank you! Cheers!
My favourite DIY channel. Thanks a lot for teaching people like me. Free knowledge. You need to open a DIY school 🏫
Thanks very much. That would be cool 😊
Looks great, but did I miss how you’re getting water and power to it?
