But then after like 3-4 months started seeing change in my upper body. Then I started full body workouts(non gym) at home. Did light cardio everyday and made sure I was on home diet. My body changed drastically. Consistency is the key. Your muscles need to be activated. Although I did not gain too much bulk. I started looking good in anything I wore.

I think teenagers should just stop obsessing over their skinniness. Just eat well and play well. When I was teen, I used to obsess over gaining mass because I was so skinny. Even then I didn't gain that much weight. But when I reached age of 17 years, I automatically started gaining weight. Just give it some time. Our bodies are still developing during teenage years.
