Sir Mera training mostly strength based hota hai and sir powerlifting style training se ek time esa aata hai jab switch krna pdta hai movement jo similar stimulus de muscle ko with more ROM. Jese ki barbell bench press ko dumbbell press ka alternative krna pdta hai. Jis din strong feel ho rha then fir se heavy lifts but jis din lgta hai ki nhi aaj body down hai tab machine assisted wali isolation exercise kr leta ho. So i guess mei sahi chal rha ho apni training me.
