- Sea Fishing Shoreham West Arm in warm October sunshine.
Not the best tide but went with some friends and all of us caught.
We were hoping just to catch some fish and caught plaice, flounder and some eels.
Have had a few health issues and great to be out in the air by the sea to clear my head with my fishing mates.

Welcome back Paul. Fishing certainly is therapy and we all need fishing therapy. Life does throw things at us and fishing is a great way of dealing with these things. 😊😊
Cheers for the support and really appreciated as it motivates me to keep cracking on and I don’t know where I would be without fishing therapy and it has certainly really helped over the last month or so and something to aim at after the treatment sessions.
I have certainly learned a few life lessons of late take care cheers 👍🎣🎣🍺🍺😎

And I definitely agree that we need openness around cancer issues and I nearly didn’t have the blood test which started this all off.

Hi paul, it was great meeting you all on sunday, gethin was absaloutly made up that he got to meet a youtuber.
He has asked if we can go again, even though we blanked, and he keeps asking if you have posted this video.
Hopefully, we can bump into you all again, and he can show how much his casting has improved.

The footage that I took with him in it was overexposed as the sun was behind and all you could see were very dark figures so couldn’t use unfortunately but always next time.

@SeaFishingWithPaul amazing, we are on the east arm next sunday weather permitting, but i got him waterproofs, so we won't care about rain, just wind.

@@TheBigadam1980 Next Sunday high tide about 12 ish I think and a big tide so fish inside harbour probably the best idea as really big tidal pull outside the arm. Maybe a bit puffy and you will need the water proofs but Gethin’s enthusiasm will blow all the bad weather away. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🎣👍take care 🍺🎣🎣

What a difference 24 hours make, myself and Darren where out on the Saturday, horrendous winds and rain plus a huge swell. Just 1 Plaice and a Gurnard for me, Dogs and Plaice for Darren.
Our weather can be so contrary as was tee shirt weather on the Sunday and would have expected to catch a few more but tide wasn’t the best.
Was planning to get out again this Saturday but winds are getting stronger and forecast SW 20mph plus some lovely rain 🌧️ 😂
Going to have another look at the weather forecast tomorrow and decide.
Even with the rubbish weather you still managed to catch fish which is a result.

Big hello and bang on, we are not very good at getting checked out and all this started from a blood test that i nearly didn’t do. A very salutary lesson for me and am now a vocal advocate for checking and not just waiting for bad news to come along.

Ayeup! Glad your back and catching fish. Very theraputic for you and great for us to watch. If you get chance have a look at Cod Bites. Hes been busy catching. We went to St Andrews Quay at Hull in Daiwa Open on sunday at back of Makro. We fished all day had flatties Jimmy Cod Bites fished sun night after match see what he catches! We prebaited it for him. Hi Michael am looking forward to coming further north and Helen and I took a week off and headed up that way to look at areas that we would like to live in.
When I was in the Military spent a wee bit of time in the Humber estuary and love the empty beaches that look very fishy.

Hi Ray yep a wee bit of a bumpy journey over last couple of months and very easy to make excuses to sit at home and feel sorry for oneself.
Have been in and out of hospital like a yo yo but getting through the lists of treatments and aiming to be out the other side by end January next year and so far all going to plan.
It is 5.00 am peeing down with rain and windy and Andy and I going Eastbourne way to fish the morning tide. Not surprisingly no one else wanted to come😂
Really appreciated the kind words of support and the nice things you said about my channel and it does lift my spirits.

Hi Colin wanted to give the rods a bit of a going over on the beach but tide was dropping and not up to too much trudging at the moment particularly on shingle on the advice of the medics.
Been two weeks since operation and May sneak down to coast this weekend to give them a proper try but weather is crap.

Nice to see you back Paul , I've got problems but not as serious as you I'm taking tablets for mine getting up four to five times a night . There is a drug on the market that helps people with your type of problem , trouble is if you lived in Wales or Scotland you wouldn't have to pay for it . I don't know if you knew of it, anyway back to fishing and hey !you caught a fish take care hope to see you again on your next video 😊😊

Whiting are starting to appear on beaches down my way although not in numbers quite yet. Big well done on catching a few.
Wife and I went up Humber way two weeks ago to have a look at areas to live in and liked the look of Hornsea not far from your neck of the woods.
