@@oliversimon3634 yeah I actually said that because of this, when the tech becomes so undoubtedly good that it's considerably safer than any human they will be forced to make it legal. Well it's almost there fortunately!
It's not an Actually Smart Summon, it's an Actually Short Summon :) Even though Musk has been chatting about FSD in Europe as early as next year, the chances of that happening are slim to none.
@@robotinreallife I hope that you turn out to be right, not me. But I unfortunately have a model 3 with HW3, and there is no chance to get FSD beta in Europe in 2025 😭
So in EU, Netherlands for example, ASS is still not really interesting and a bit useless. As the 6m limitation is ridiculously short, it's about 1m longer than the model y itself. You said correctly: walk your car like a dog :))
Yeah you're right, except one thing - these are the first glimpses of how the FSD stack driving ASS reacts to European environment, cars, drivers, pedestrians... which is a huge deal for the FSD rollout!
Here in Germany, there is a 20 meter distance in one go cap and a 6 meter phone radius....this leads the car to speed up (if it's going) just to do like an emergency breaking bc you're out of reach
Damn that's almost as frustrating as what we have in here. Really interesting that the limits are different though! You have any idea why or who set them?
seeing as you have to stand very close to the car, why not sit inside it in the back seats. I've seen it work for other people so surely you could do it?
Hello from Dublin, Ireland. Thank you for sharing your video footage. It is absolutely ridiculous the way the European Union are restricting FSD and its features in the European Union. I can’t help wondering how they’re going to abuse FSD when it comes to Europe in the first quarter of 2025. Ultimately, I believe they have been lobbied by the legacy manufacturers, mostly from Germany and are trying to protect them from looking foolish with their old-fashioned software. Which, as a result, Tesla software suffers. Regards Séamus
Hello! Great observation that might just be true. Regardless, I still have hope for actual FSD here that works as well as the US version. Just because it would be actively harmful and causing more accidents, injuries and deaths to try to slow down FSD.
I like watching your videos, but please don't use those clickbait titles for the algorithm and/or views. It's misleading. ASS looks like fun but seriously useless for us. I wonder if there's an app that could hack around it to make it select a new location every time automatically.
My apologies for the exciting title sir, but there's nothing factually incorrect about this. I'm sorry if you didn't find the video interesting enough.
Mega clickbait...meanwhile I just got V13 FSD from park....europe is in the stone age. Makes sense, they're much more sensitive to new technology and the risks involved.
@ you know very well there’s a major difference between running a tiny portion of the “fsd” stack to do autopark, and actually doing driving around on city streets using it hands free - and putting full self driving finally in Europe on the title for clicks is deceptive as fuck

these restrictions are ridiculous. it makes me question if fsd will really be available next year in europe
You must believe!
I mean the tech is already there and it's only going to get better from now on,so it should be a matter of months

Upcoming in a new video! Subscribe for that :)

Igor, I hope that you're not right. Still clinging to the early 2025 release and praying every night it will become a reality :D

@@IgorOleksenko I would not rule it out! I am sure that there will be a great port of FSD for HW3 at the time they allow it in the EU :)

We have actually done that in the very next video, coming soon! It's still total ASS though.

Top dog walker!
Isn't this just smart summon that we have in EU for a long time? AFAIK ASS isn't available in EU, also not with the range limits
We have A.S.S now in Europe! Just with the same limitations unfortunately.
This is Actually Smart Summon! It's been released in Europe just a few weeks ago.

wow this was superbad. :) i guess they knew it would be ASS.
The puns never END.
could you make a video about real fsd in europe?
Sadly that's impossible at the time, FSD has not yet been released here outside of ASS.
@robotinreallife but i saw countless videos with fsd in europe
This insanely absurd and ridiculous but also hilarious because it looks a huge rc car toy that's just a Tesla😂
Exactly :D An enormous RC car on a step-by-step program 🤣
Hilarious video. Thanks. Keep EU daddy happy.
Yes daddy!

Ooga booga, me walk car, car drive itself, it full self driving. No clickbait tiny man!
That’s just terrible, what’s the point in even releasing the feature at that point?!
Yeah right? Hopefully the point is to quickly push an update that actually makes it usable... soon? We'll see...
This is autopark and smart summon, not fsd. Ridiculous title
Did you watch the video? What software stack do you think is driving the car during ASS?

OK fair enough, I have changed the title. Will you forgive me please?
@ haha dammit I was enjoying having an internet argument! Have to find someone else to argue with now :)
Please just watch more of my videos, I am sure that we will find something to argue about in the comments and bring me more engagement :)

Not a fault of Tesla! These cars can actually drive themselves. Better than anything else on the market.
Your totally missed the point. EU is being lame here with their restrictions.
