We agree that the timing is right. Insurance and other industries are in the process of transforming. Kudos for a great video - Can't wait to read your book!

19:00 I hope he mentions stress at some point. I can increase my blood glucose level at will by thinking about things I hate or by putting myself in a stressful situation.

Elon said that people tend to keep the attitudes and beliefs they had when they were young so people dying is the only way that society progresses. He’s got a point.

Just ordered the book. I feel as if people like Bryan Johnson, Dr. Attia and Peter here are all saying pretty much the same thing, just don’t die dammit!!

When people live longer they often also get more entrenched in their thinking & society often cannot move forward, Steve Jobs had it correct when he said that "Death is Life's Change Agent", their is a trade off there

I hear you talk about AI modeling, this puzzles me. Nasa has a method of growing a molecule to a larger size in zero-g on the ISS. Pharmacy companies use this molecule model to improve their products. How are these molecule models used by AI.

When referring to age our ancestors were likely to be able to live a lot longer than 30 and referring to the biblical age of 120 needs to bear in mind that different interpretations may apply to the measurement of years at that time. Also 120 appears to be the near maximum but is rarely achieved

I think it’s more important to study healthy happiness (I.e., joy from interacting with life). It’s also extremely important to study the dark tetrad because a bad actor could destroy civilization or humanity with the upcoming powerful technologies like AI and artificial biology. Neither of these seem to be studied at all with regard to technology and biotechnology. We need to find ways to change human psychology from one that was created by evolution to one that is in line with human values.

Hi, I think people retire, also, because they do not want to have every aspect of their work time controlled, even where they take a poop. So that means they don't want a boss, or "the man" as is said in the popular usage of a group of business leaders or a supervisor. You could feel great, but 50 years of that crap is quite enough. Unless you are your own boss, or have one boss. Even co-workers can be obnoxious, unfortunately. Where there are groups of people, there are problems.
