    Terrific traditional lower body Pilates workout!!! And, the stretches in the end never felt so good!!!!! Love the workout!!! 💗!!!!!

    I just want to say thank you for all your work! I’ve worked out with you for 3 years and you’ve taken me from Pre pregnancy to pregnancy to post natal. Your workouts are tough but you are so relatable that it makes me want to show up and do something good for myself even if I don’t feel it! Thank you!

    FAB workout, Amy! I decided to do this on my rest day today, and got a great quick & focused workout in my trouble areas. I'll be using this Pilates video on a regular basis.     Hi I’m a beginner at working out. How long can I do this exercise for? Like will it be okay if I do this workout for 15 minutes every day for a week then do a different workout the next week.
