    What a wonder you are! I learn so many helpful tips from you and am truly thankful for your delicious and instructive demonstrations. I am having to relearn baking to navigate meeting my husband's newly diagnosed diabetic needs. I almost always go to your posted recipe link to save your recipe for my collection. I'm not sure how difficult it would be for you to add a [print recipe] option - it takes alot of copy/paste into notes with extra work-arounds to be able to print your amazing alternative creations. Thank you again for the effort you take to bring us recipes you've professionally derived and tested.
    PS. I wish you could see how grateful my husband is when he is able to eat a dessert or treat like this that he thought he was no longer able to enjoy. 🥰🤗🙏

      I'm happy your husband enjoys. I need to hire someone for my website because I'm horrible with that stuff, just one generation behind the computer web development generation. We had em and learned the basics but that's it. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get a cookbook or something out there to help support the fam once I have the baby.

      @@KetoUpgrade oh, thank you for your kind reply 🤗 I wasn't thinking of you needing to code for a print recipe option - I was thinking some website templates have that as an optional feature that can be added to your page. I know just a little about recent tech - computers were just becoming publicly available way back when I was in high school! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I did, however, teavh elementary computer class the last 10 years of my teaching career.... learning way more about tech than my old brain wanted to retain 🙃. Thank you again for your extra work in bringing wonderful (and usable) keto recipes to us. Wish we were neighbors, I doula and am a cuddly Grammie the Nanny 🥰💐

    These are delicious! I didn't have key limes, but I'll get some for my next batch. Can't be much better though. The crust is brilliant and could be a cookie by itself. I also just used whipped cream from my siphon as we ate them for dinner and breakfast 🥴. Hey why not?

    Thank you for showing how to add the gelatin into the whipped cream. I tried to slowly pour bloomed/slightly warmed gelatin into mixer full of cream to stabilize it and got the little solid pieces throughout. Thx for the tip about tempering it with little cream first til mixed then adding. I have so many recipes that use whipped cream on top but don't take them to events because I couldn't get a good stabilized cream. Thanks to you and this video, now I can. WooHoo!

    Made these! So fucking good. I used your graham cracker recipe to make a crust, also very good. Tastes like store bought except i had to use fresh non key limes, which definitely made it less tart. Adding more lime zest makes up for it though.

    That looks so awesome. And if anyone is curious yes, regular like juice will work but the pie will probably be a bit sweeter. Key limes are tiny little guys that can be quite a bit sharper/tangyier than regular limes.

    Sounds like a winner! I'm in Canada and finally got to order some Allulose today. When it comes in, I'm trying these. I'm not fond of the coconut flour taste, but a bit of cinnamon in the crust might hide it and also make it closer to a graham cracker flavour.

    • @KetoUpgrade
      @KetoUpgrade  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks! Glad you could get allulose. I get the organic great value brand coconut flour from Walmart and to me it has a lot less coconut flavor than others I've used. I don't like coconut much either.

      @@KetoUpgrade My allulose came in and I made 1/2 this recipe on the weekend using regular lime juice and some zest. SO GOOD (even with coconut flour ;-) And the bitesize helps with portion control. I was surprised at how little you simmer down the cream for the condensed milk... • @KetoUpgrade
      @KetoUpgrade  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I believe they should freeze fine as long as you make a stable whipped cream for the top and store in an air tight container for a few weeks. Defrost under refrigeration to prevent getting runny.
