    I made these and they were so good! I topped them with a whipped ganache I added peppermint extract to (I learned how to do that from one of your other videos). The best thing is they weren't crumbly and grainy tasting like so many keto desserts are. Thanks so much for the fabulous recipes!

      Awesome to hear, I made them recently and couldn't believe how good they were again, lol, so glad you loved them as much as I do. I love that you are taking from different videos, that's why I normally put more than one recipe in a video because they can be used for so many different things. Mix and match ganache, frostings, fillings and flavors!!! woohoo!! Have fun! You are so welcome!

    You created alchemy with this recipe. I just made these and I’m amazed at the fluffy texture with no baking powder. Also the combination of allulose with powdered erythritol sweetens without the cooling sensation. Finally, I was getting tired of almond flour and your ingredients came out so well. Thanks and good luck perfecting your wedding cake!

    Okay, ...so here goes...after making your keto biscuit recipe and so delighted with the end result, I had to try your brownie recipe today.
    They came out great! My family was pleased. I just about gave up making keto brownies since they have a tendency to be grainy in texture or dry.
    This is close to a real brownie!
    Next time, I might add a little more sweetener for our taste, and definitely we felt it needed more salt, even with the salted butter that I included per recipe.
    The batter was very thick though, (I didn't have Allulose), so I used Lankanto confectioners sweetener. The brownies came out moist and fudgey-like on the inside. We had them with a keto ice cream, which was a perfect combo.
    I just made the basic batter, since I was nervous with first attempt. Next time, I'll add in walnuts or pecans, perhaps keto white chocolate chips.
    Overall, I will make this brownie recipe again. Very pleased with the recipe, simple to make. I really didn't think it was possible to find a keto brownie recipe that worked for us.
    Well, You did it! Thank you again for another satisfying recipe. Keep up the good work!

    • @KetoUpgrade
      @KetoUpgrade  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Awesome! Glad you enjoyed them.
      My recipe calls for allulose and powdered Lakanto sweetener, did you add extra powdered sweetener to replace the allulose? And I added salted chocolate bar pieces so that add the salt you need, so I get that it would need more salt otherwise. If I were you and had any left I would make a ganache for the top (to add some sweetness) and sprinkle with sea salt! Definitely good with some chocolate chips added! And amazing with keto ice cream!! Also with my pb mousse on top, mmm.
      Glad you will be making them again, definitely make it your own!!! You're Welcome and thank you I will!!

    Hi from Mexico!! I just discovered your channel and absolutely loved it.
    I have noticed that in several of your recipes you use powdered allulose, I can only get liquid, how much do I need to use, and are there any adjustment to the recipe that need to be done

    • @KetoUpgrade

      Hi, welcome!! I'm glad you are enjoying my channel! That's a first for me though, I've actually never worked with liquid allulose. There isn't much info on it on the web either but it seems it is the same strength as the powdered so I'd say the same amount. I'm not sure if you would have to adjust the dry ingredients at all, I searched for the answer but couldn't find one. Wish I could be of more help.

    Are your dessert recipes always almond flour free? If so, how does that change the texture and taste by using coconut flour. I'm new to keto and looking for good dessert recipes. I am a chocoholic too.

    • @KetoUpgrade
      @KetoUpgrade  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Almost all are almond free and the newer ones have very little coconut flour. Almond flour tends to give a grainy texture to keto desserts. The whey protein is the improvement to the desserts, it gives a lighter, smoother texture to the desserts.

      They aren't artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners are chemicals made in a lab like succrine, sucralose and aspartame. Erythritol, alluloae, monkfruit and stevia are from plants and fruit just like sugar cane. But they don't spike most peoples blood sugar.
