I think welding would have been the most secure way to go but you're right a professional is best for any kind of frame welding. Great work! I can't wait till you get it set in there and see the wiring!
Unfortunately, The car is still not ready yet. It has been a difficult year, but im still working on it hoping to get it on the road before end of the year.
Yep. done about 6k miles, mostly canyon runs and several drag strip runs. Holding up great so far. I had some play on the m3 diff front bushing, which was causing a thud sound on clutch launch, swapped out to poly bushing and its gone now.

Thank you for the support. Doing a lot of research on integrating e90 wiring. I'll get to it soon.
Nice work man keep it up, I am considering this swap with my e46 touring as well!!
Tnx for the support, IMO this swap give more bang for the $$$. I hope my build vlogs help you with your swap and avoid any of my mistakes.
Thanks for using my music!
It's a great sound track, thank you for letting me use it.
Great job. How long should it take from wheel take off?
Getting pretty close to starting the car. I'll update soon.
Takes about 30 seconds to get a wheel off man.
Been a little over a year, how has the epoxy and subframe held up?
