Now you can build the custom trans mount from specs and bolt on a N54 Manual transmission to E46 chassis.
I'm using a E46 M3 differential and driveshaft, had to change the output flange on the N54 manual transmission with E46 M3 output flange to adapt a E46 M3 guibo.

Excited to see how this progresses! I’d love for you to maintain the E46 dash, that’s really what sets this swap apart is the electronics. My friends here in NY at MNCPerformance have a N54 E30M3 that they did like 4-5 years ago and man..... the wiring seemed like it was miles long and they managed to maintain the E30 M3 dash but ended up using the E9x cluster in the end. They attempted to use the stock e30 cluster but some of the electronics didn’t speak to eachother the way they should have.

This is gonna be awesome. I have a future plan on swapping a n54 into a manual e83 x3. My biggest concern is how to deal with the electronics. Can’t wait to see it done! Great work so far!
I'm not sure how its going to end, There will be a lot of cutting, splicing and failing. but it will be a mix of e90 and e46 electronics.

And what are your plans with the cluster? Original cluster?
I'll be using the E90 cluster, dash and front interior. I started working on fitting E90 dash , heater core, and cross bar, looks like it's going to work. fingers crossed.
Are you using the stock e46 Guibo, driveshaft, and diff?
I'm using a complete rear end from E46 M3 including diff, sub frame, brakes and rear suspension components. For the drive line I'm using driveshaft, guibo ,and the transmission output shaft from E46 M3 as well.
