Thanks SolarFluxx. It’s only 2 bolts to take off the front bar now. Easy for alignments also. Yes great angle and doesn’t rub on the chassis either. 0 offset wheels definitely helps with that also.
Nice, I'm prolonging the death of a 325 that I use as a daily smoker and I've literally just done my front control arms, links and suspension a couple of months ago, should have considered banging a kit like this on ay 😆
Well done mate, great to watch. I've had the same kit sitting in my ebay cart for a while now. Might have to pull the trigger. I bought one of the DS works rear braces based off your other video too, but went for a 6-point seat compatible one.
Thanks Josh 🙏. I have also confirmed they sell replacement parts for that kit which is great. I would have bought the 6-point brace but I don’t think DS had them yet. A bit jealous.☺️
@@BertusBuilds Ah that's great to hear! I'll go ahead and get a set ordered then. Yeah the 6 point was a dream to fit, DS give really comprehensive instructions and tooling to get the job done. Looking forward to the next video 🤙
Nice vid! Perfect for researching this option. I see a few others have asked but how many events have you put on it? Been holding up? Any highway driving with it?
I think I’ve watched all your videos now. I have this very car and planned to do everything you did before finding your vids and it’s been super helpful. A few questions, did you buy headlamp turning signal covers or did you paint them? You tried to paint the headlamp initially lol 😅 Can you give me the link to purchase the front bumper, angle kit and heim joints
Hi Dante, I did tint the turn signals with a paint but I wouldn’t recommend, it’s not very nice. The front bumper was a used M Tech II bumper I purchased from a local auto recyclers. It’s in the makeover episode 17. The angle kits are sold out from the store I purchased them from but they’re the same as the Fapo kit I think. I sourced the Heim joints from a local speedway supplies shop but you can get them online. Just need to make sure one is LH threaded, and one is RH threaded. Hope this was helpful.
Hey mate! I was looking at getting this kit. Have u drifted much after the install? Is it good quality? Does it bend? A review on it would be sick! Im in Sydney
It's probably one of the best upgrades I've put on the car. Ive spun off the track into grass, dirt and over ripple strips and no issues. Low price and good quality don't usually go together. If you want top quality I would spend the $. They seem perfect quality for me because I'm doing a budget build. They sell replacement parts also. If you break a Heim joint they will just sell you the part. There's videos of me drifting with them. I may review them next year after I've had more hours on them.
Front 3mm toe out, 6 deg caster, all the camber, 45psi Rear 3mm toe in, 0 camber, 25-35psi I think I cover it on episode 19 but toe and tyre pressures sometimes change depending on the track.
Short answer Yes, but it’s not really what it’s for, this is a cheaper kit that’s good for drifting and that’s about it there is a good chance after a lot of hard driving it may snap and you have to buy a completely new kit cause they don’t sell spare parts for these cheaper kits, you’d be better off buying nice adjustable coil overs and maybe some steering adjusters for more angle
That angle is insane! Nicely done. Also you taking off the bumper gave you so much more space to work on the car. I'll have to start doing that more~

About to order this kit. Great video!
Another mint vid thanks heaps Bertus, frothing to see the same kit on the same car, just watched episode 19, you shred bro!
Thanks Shandy. It goes alright for a bog stock 323!
Keen to see this drift! tempted to get one of these now...
Can confirm it goes good🤙🏼
Gotta love the bulldog stance though with the extended lcas
just installed the same kit, wouldn’t have been able to do it without this video 🫡

You’re the fuckn man! I love the video helped me with my e46. I tell you man those dang apprentices 😅🤣 much love!

Thanks mate. I have done about 6 track days and no issues.
Great vid. Think I’m going to try and find a similar kit as well

Could you tell me what wheel and tire specs work without trimming thank you great guide
16x8. +6 offset with 205/50 Is what I’m running. Barely any scrubbing on the chassis rail. They do clip the front edge of the guard and bumper though.
Great video!!
Thank you. Hope you got value out of it. 🙏
Hey mate how did you get the hein joint to the k frame to align straight rather then being maxed out on itself?

How did you go about the caster adjustment? What did u need to do to the part? I have this kit for my e30 just installed it
Did you ever figure this out?
Can you share your alignment set up ? Toe , camber , caster ?
Front 3mm toe out, 6 deg caster, all the camber, 45psi
Rear 3mm toe in, 0 camber, 25-35psi

@BertusBuilds thanks man 💯 , I just installed the same angle kit so far so good just needed some alignment tips thanks alot man 😁👍
@@franciscodominguez4347 alignment results may vary ☺️ but they work as good base settings for me. Good luck. 🤙🏻
Nice vid!
Did you run some spacers?
No spacers.
you reckon you could dial this kit in for hill carving instead of drifting?

How has this kit held up? Long term
Good. I’ll do a review soon. I get asked this a lot.
Angle kit name ?
hey man, what type of grease r u using
Just plain old bearing grease.
@@BertusBuilds thx, probanly a dumb question but i just wanna get the right shit lol
@@corvo46 no not at all 🙂. Standard grease only bad on rubber components.
@@BertusBuilds 👍how’s this kit held up? thinking of getting it when i get my next paycheck lol
@@corvo46 zero dramas.
How has this kit held up?
Great 👍🏻
What kit is this?
Nice! drive bare foot 😊
no swaybar?
no swaybar 👍🏻
Any particular reason why not, or just preference?
This is the ebay fapo kit?
I think it is yes
