How did the trims and floor covering go back when the threaded screws for the nuts have been cut of? As there is a carpet section thats like a hatch flap that closes down over the brace and then screws down onto the two plastic covers on each side

I am just curious if the S54 6 speed manual will bolt onto the N54 twin as I have an N54twin that I want to put in my E46 seeing how the S54 grenaded on me. Just wanted to know the output shaft is the same size or not I believe it will bolt right up from what I have found if you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it

Try taking the bleed nipped out you melon then the piston just falls straight in!!🙄😂👊

Hello, very nice job. So would this design work to mount a N54B30 Engine to an E46 BMW 318I Engine bay?

Hi! E60 525/530 has the same calipers, but for 324mm disc, so is it fully bolt-on to stock e46 330 which has 325mm disc?

Am I wrong if I say that normally, bolts that require an angle after an initial torque are torque-to-yield (aka TTY) bolts and should never be reused? The rationale is that these bolts have plastic deformation (meaning a permanent deformation) when they're initially torqued and are not made to be torqued again.

So with the e46 csl rotors this brakes are direct bolt ons no modification needed?

Yo this dude is legit!! Ive sone the output shaft seals and that saved me a ton of $. Now have to do the front and will follow the same process. All well explained and very detailed.

hello it's a beautifull build.. the questions the rear vent channels in the mid/centreconsole are the functional..?? and the unterseat subwoofers how did you fit them in the e46 floors...?

For anyone watching this later on, you need e46 M3 csl / E85/6 Z4M brake rotors to perfectly fit on the stock e46 hub. 345x28mm is it’s size. You then need stock e90 335i caliper assemblies like in the video and stock e90 335i pads will work fine. You then need 335i stock brake lines and wear sensors to account for the increased distance the caliper is when the wheel is turned etc. you’re welcome! Everything is bolt on at that point.

On the imput shaft bolt you said 32mm but can you remove the cover? And would that make it 30mm?
