One more important thing is that we are getting very little of proper Sunlight. And we are not getting enough of it mainly due to sedentary lifestyle and living in air conditioning with windows closed...proper rays of sunlight are not reaching our body in this environment. Due to lack of Vit D( becoz of lack of sunlight exposure and dietary reason as well) we are getting low on heart health, low calcium absorption, bad bone health, low immunity level and even mental health is down. Gut health is also affected by Vit- D levels. Bad gut health also results in Vit-B12 deficiency which in turn can cause hormonal issues like Thyroid issue, Nerve damage, depression, poor mental health, muscle weakness, fatigue All things are inter-related. The farther we move away from nature (and natural food ie, unprocessed food), the more ill we will become. It's high time we go back to our nature and revisit our ancestor's wisdom...! Human psychology is weird & extremely sensitive. I definitely agree with everything Luke mentions here. Though importantly dont stress out because you are in city, away from nature. This can backfire. Try to inculcate whatever he mentioned here but dont overstress about it. Don't think that if you miss any of these you will fall sick and you will have many diseases. NO. Where is the whole video where to talk about dirt and sand box? I am so happy I found your channel :) :) Keep your videos about gut health coming. I been vegan plant-based for as long as I can remember and love it. I just have a question I hear that eating dairy yogurt is the best for gut health but I am not sure about that. I do drink water kefir, almond and coconut kefir with some coconut yogurt. I will appreciate all your help regarding this :) :) Thank you bunches!

In future is it possible to extract gut bacteria from a healthy person and inject it into an unhealthy person and thus helping the unhealthy person to copeup 😃

It is possible even in present days..Evenif gud bacteria is intrevene to unhealthy people.. They will die off.. Need to work on root than in symtoms..
Already being done for the last 2000 years , search fecal microbial transplant (FMT)…
