    Chronic stress & no change of place for holidays, staying away from natural beauty, overcrowded cities and adulterated food are all factors.

    Thanks Luke! My dad was just diagnosed with MND 😞 I’ve always suspected that it stemmed from gut issues and I spent the last few months trying to address his diet, but with very little success as stress was a huge problem, and I can understand why. He started meditating, but a lot of times this also stresses him out when he’s unable to clear his mind.
    Once in the last 3 months he actually got a little better.. he felt more dexterity in his fingers and he was able to walk with better balance. But that ended when he had a small back injury which kept him from sticking to his diet and exercise regime. I know now how much stress plays a role in the progression of ALS, but feel helpless. He will pursue alternative treatment in Bangalore, with a doctor who’s keen to address his diet. Just hoping this works!

    Thank you luke for this video. Most doctors do not educate us on the root cause of auto immune disease. Instead keep us on life threatning drugs such as immuno suppressants. I wish if they could tell us to work on our stress and diet to address the root cause. Please keep on sharing your wisdom and educate ppl suffering from such chronic conditions to work on themselves and lead a happy and healthy life.
