Interesting exercise routine dok. How many times per day per week and how many weeks before results show?
Everyone is different so listening to your body is key. Clients I work with some do these daily, some do them every couple of days, and some more spread out. Consistency is key to see results and some see results within the first week and some a little longer. Keep up the great work!
