Yep, that’s why I got out. I was 82nd for 4 years. Would have loved to have a NCO like you & stayed in.
    Keep it up brother💯

when you take initiative and it happens to be the wrong kind of initiative and you get in trouble thats also a sigh of manipulation

Happened to me all the time. Officers were always blaming ncos for failures. If you succeeded at something it was their "team effort".

Main thing I will say is be careful what you say and post in uniform, especially when talking trash about leadership in uniform, I’ve seen it happen a few times to people and it ruins their military career

@@souljatalkthepodcast8373 Well you know just for safety reasons, whatever you want to say it’s best to say it out of uniform so you don’t get in trouble for it while recording a video

Are you currently living in US? That’s going to be the first step. You could also try French Foreign Legion.

Yeah as an E-3 in AIMD (Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department on an aircraft carrier) our NCO's attitude was like I was supposed to "step up and show initiative" or some $hit.....uh to do WHAT exactly? I know exactly what you're saying. And it's not like I didn't have obvious work cut out for me -- troubleshooting gear and maintaining the CASS system, and a million other things -- that I was on top of. I'm not talking about that. All of that was clear cut and that's fine. But they had this attitude like i'm supposed to be doing something that nobody knows what it is. It's just a way to blame you without having fault is what it is. HEY!! You know what it's like???? It's like having a pouty girlfriend and she expects you to read her damn mind all the time!!! JUST LIKE THAT, MAN!!!

What? As an E-6 you don't know how to do your job? WTF? You should be THE Subject Matter Expert in your field. Generals should be directed to you when they stop by to learn from THE Expert. Also, as an E-6, you are really hanging out your dirty laundry to the whole world and I'm pretty sure someone will take notice. You posted it online. It is there forever and will haunt you in the future. Good luck. If I was an instructor at an Advanced NCO school and I saw this video of you, I'd automatically assume you were a weak NCO and form a negative opinion of you until proven otherwise.
