I saw that you linked the video and was waiting to hear about how this company laid off a bunch of people/did something unethical to their employees, but I realized it was really just a company that posted a cringy video that showcases some stupid mentalities, but in and of itself represents no harm. Do they really deserve to have their channel lurked by angry commenters and every video dislike-bombed from now on? I don't think you can claim any good is being accomplished by linking this video. This seems more like "they deserve punishment" than "they need their eyes opened".

What viewers of this company's little interview video might miss out on is, the fact the employees are conscious about what they're saying and how it'll reflect how they're viewed as an employee. If they were honest and said "i really liked working from home and am going to miss it" it would not be a good look for them in front of their employer. They are pressured to give a certain response to keep their job and have good marks.

One of the teams in the company I used to work for would meet in a newly created employee space (pre-COVID) and stand in a circle for a morning team eye-opener/meeting/pick-me-up/who knows). One of the members of the team noted how long just walking there, assembling into a circle and chatting took vs just having a call. 🤦🏼
