Massive thank you to all at GCN for these fantastic training videos, utterly gutted that GCN+ has gone. Warner Brothers under whatever guise will not be receiving my money until they reinstate GCN+.
Holding 110 was rough. I would never be able to do it on the road. I give up too easily and I need the motivation. Excellent workout to start my day. Thanks -Matt- Hudson Valley, NY
Just loved it! Thanks for all the great classes you have on This cannel. I’m sittning in my garage in Sweden and it’s 8C and the rain is pooring down , but I do my workouts anway thanks to you.
Loved this sneaky spin!!! Thank you so much! It is the perfect session for when you are feeling meh. It starts fairly easy and before you know it ypu are sweating bullets. Thank you GCN
Enjoyed the session good to do cadence training. Happy to see more 30 mins perfect thanks Connor and team as always dont not what I would do without you now❤
Great session. I use Wahoo kickr trainer for my sessions and hope you or someone out there can tell me when you say get in perceived effort should I be in erg watts or resistance in the kickr program? So Is the perceived effort if you’re saying be at a level 7 then I need to be at a watts number I perceive at a level 7. Correct? Thank you.
@@theworkethic During lockdown I kept watching GCN shows, then thinking ummm I should be out there actually riding. It reminded me of a children show back in the the day 'Why don't you' - The theme went " Why don't you switch ff your televisions and go and do something much better instead', which was weird at the start of a TV program.
@@iancollins6104 I ride outdoor on road road and gravel, indoor at velodrome and indoor trainer on Zwift. Also mountain bike. Nothing compares to solo training (which is 90% of my week) in zone 2 (which is 70% of my week, approximately 10-12 hours) in ride ranging from 2-5 hours non stop, in 2-5 kms loops where I only male right hand turns or sometimes on 400 m outdoor tracks which are left turning, but both are nonstop and nothing beats zone 2 hours long non stop riding especially among trees where there is better oxygen for the active meditation it provides. It’s being in the present moment, the here and now.
Would you like us to do more cadence workouts on the channel? 🚴🌀
Definite yes from me. I thought I would slip this in as a rest day spin out, and it turned out to be exhaustion by stealth! Thanks guys.
Yes, please. I from México and love this videos.
Yes please! 🙏

Nice session resulting in a good amount of sweat
Love the alternating cadence sessions. Something different and a real thorough workout.
Love the low cadence, the higher cadence, not as much! Thanks for the routine! 🌹🇨🇦🌹

Yes the cadence variety makes a nice change so please do more of these
Many thanks for all of them!
Thank you Connor and GCN for another tough and effective session. Please do more cadence workouts, I really enjoyed this one.
This was a great cadence training session. I could feel the difference in my comfort level with varying cadence as the session progressed. Well done!
Super good yes! The alternating is awesome! 🎉
Always a fan of cadence work and alternating between low and high paces. Thanks for a great workout!
What an awesome session. I normally ride 70 to 80rpm, so this great for pushing either side of that. Thanks again GCN ❤😊
Yes more of these please
Really enjoy GCN cadence sessions. A good session for me on 'transition' days and helps the legs feel good for when I next have a hard day.
Great workout, First time I do it! Left calf cramping!
great session! from portugal!

Excellent session.
Great session thanks
Great session, thank you so much! One little thing: the music didn‘t always fit. The same rhythm for 60 rpm and 110 rpm can‘t work.
Oooosssshhhh that was tough loved it thanks 😊
Excellent

Great new video!
This was horrible.
I loved it ❤
Hard but effective I like it

Give Katie her own video so we can see her face for the majority of the session 😍

Promote the channel more chap. I keep forgetting about this channel. Too busy watching other people cycling.
And not cycling yourself. Just watching cycling. Get outside and ride or continue being a couch potato.
