I have a stock m135i lci .I’ve purchased an Mtc charge pipe a while back is this something you would fit for me and if so how much prefer only to use you guys as you have a good reputation thanks
Thank you my Friend! My stock pipe (2016 M2) actually did fail, broke right under to top ring at the intake. The car went into limp home mode and I thought I was going to have to take it to a shop....opened the hood and saw the crack.....
I went to TH-cam and found your video. Ordered an FTP charge pipe and followed EVERY step of your video. You nailed it, and so did I! Thanks for the thorough video, you save me several hundred dollars in labor for sure.

Looks good. I imagine the longer silicone will prevent any extra strain being added to the TB/IC connections vs other kits. Question: did you guys put a bit of gas fitting tape on the unused ports?
Can someone please explain what the vacuum hose on the chargepipe does? Because it goes strait to the air filter intake tube. Does it not make the care loose boost as some of pressure is going strait in to the air filter pipe?
Hello brother, hope all is well! Do you have any idea if the charge pipes, intakes, and turbo inlets require a tune or not. Not for hp gains but for the relatability of the car. Meaning will it run normally without throwing any lights on the dashboard or will it run too lean? Because I want the intake for the sound and the charge pipes and the turbo inlet are just safety since as said the stock ones do get broken easily. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
How do you rate the forge part Vs evolution racewerks? Looking at your install it seems advantagous to be made of silicone, if there are any rubbing issues it should do better than a metal part? Half the price too!

So I guess it makes sense to do charge pipe, intercooler and maybe sports/decat on my M235 before considering map or tuning box ?
You would get a map to make use of those tuning mods, so...

Do you guys replace the eight bolts for the stiffening plate Mabz? Did my charge pipe the other day and unsure if it’s absolutely necessary.
