If you think it`s boring, just stop looking his videos and his YT channel.

One sound that pops up regularly isn't usually tagged as a city sound, but it definitely is. I remember it well during the spring and summer while growing up in New York. It's the chirping of English sparrows, a.k.a. house sparrows. It can be heard in quite a few of your vids.

As a Russian myself this place was extremely liberated pre covid ..i had sex in the West 3rd and mcdougal alleyway at like 4am with some girl I met that night..i had my first kiss ever with the girl I am still in love with in the same place 4 years earlier than that. It brings back so many great memories . the West village and union square are my favorite places of all time (born and raised in the south Brooklyn area)..due to depression and then covid I haven't visited the area in around 2 years until two weeks ago for my 30th birthday .. It was a good time just because I hadn't seen family and some friends in a few months but the place was extremely different ..Bleak is all I saw

This tour brings back GREAT memories of driving through SoHo on our way to the Brooklyn Bridge. Great area but very 'confined'.......as if most of NY isn't. Also this area was popular on the HGTV show 'Selling New York'.

Wondering why you didn't video the Stonewall Inn on Christopher Street, the infamous bar where the gay liberation movement began , here in NYC, on June 28, 1969..you were right across the street. The basketball court at West 3rd St and 6th Avenue is called " The Cages"...where basketball leagues ( men and women) from around the city play in tournaments during summer time. Nice informative video for those unfamiliar with Greenwich Village and parts of the West Village. Keep up the great work..

Now, the only thing remaining is they still like piling up their garbage along the curb which surprises me. Maybe some folks just 'can't let go of the good ol' days. Was low rent 50s to early 70s . Lots of artists, musicians,writers,poets,tradesmen even working class lived in the Village . Its been way too expensive to live there for the past 40 some years . just sitting in an outdoor cafe is expensive
