Great stuff. I have been watching your channel for a while. Excellent content and reviews. You are the only tool review channel that gives Metabo HPT a fair shake and an honest review. Too many other channels have their favorites and it shows. You give honest, fair, seemingly unbiased reviews.

I recently purchased the 6” model g3615dvf and it’s a beast..not a flex volt level beast but overall Just a fantastic grinder. The one complaint I have is the trigger delay when you initiate the trigger and let off you have to wait on the wheel to basically completely stop spinning but aside from that I love it the auto mode is fantastic and is quite a good judge of how much to ramp up under load which works very well also the dual leds with on off settings ended up being a great feature and the ergonomics on this are killer imo in comparison to the others on the market. That combined with the power features but pair all that with the warranty and option of the ac adapter gives consumers a couple phenomenal options

We have two of the first gen 36V grinder-absolute beasts and ya can't big em down like the other colors do
These look even better and it's great having to only have one grinder for out of power applications and in shop with the AC adapter

I've been wondering for years when a grinder would have LED lights I didn't think it would happen.

One of my favorite batteries is my Skil 40V 2.5 ah .. it’s for OPE but it would work great for their 40 v skilsaw and a sawzal or any of their high draw tools .. Thanks for another great show ..

u definitlely a grinder man, meta boo boo is an often overlooked GEM, that 120 adapter really should be a thing for ALL brands... but i guess itd cut intoDewaulkita's batt ray profits.

Nice review, those grinders look pretty great. How do they compare to the 24v Flex 4.5"/5" grinder you reviewed? HPT also makes a 12A corded brushless grinder that probably cranks. Thanks and happy holidays.

How do these HTP units compare to the German Metabo offerings?

Metabo proper is a little higher end especially the grinders. But the price point is also higher.

Branding is stupid due to licensing but this is actually hitachi, not metabo. Hpt stands for hitachi power tools. In world markets this brand is known as hikoki

Why buy two grinders when one can do the AC work and cordless
We have two of the first gen 36V grinders and we have beat the s*!+ Out of em and they have never failed
      These look even better
      Don't know what your missing
