    Andrew Weil is a fan of one of those medicinal mushrooms you suggest avoiding: maitake. He thinks maitakes have a big effect on improving immune function.

    I love mushrooms. I have made Omlette's with them for years and have enjoyed them

    Moderation ■ is a good balance; my local 'club' store sells a mixed container of organic mushrooms that meal planning requires a serving or two daily. I find [r]estored awareness in health when enjoying the mushroom, yet most or all mushrooms require cooking. M

    I'm not really into mushrooms. It's not that I won't eat them if they're in a dish I'm having. But since following you I've been adding a few each week to my meals. Honestly I can't really taste them. I would not be able to eat them raw. I've tried that in salad.

Tailoring your approach based on individual health needs-promoting angiogenesis for recovery or anti-angiogenesis for cancer prevention-ensures optimal health management.       Hello Dear so sorry to hear about your health. My wife has stage 4 lung cancer and after radiation therapy she went on a special diet that took me weeks of research to complete! Her tumor was 7.5 at first and now it's 1.9! So she takes alot!! Of vitamins and supplements and ABSOLUTELY NO! SUGAR OF ANY TYPE! AND NO BREADS! even though sometimes a label might say no sugar. You have to check the labels! No processed foods!! No wheat carbs!! She takes 5 1000units of vitamin D3.. 4 Curcumin with (pepperine!!) 550mg ..1 zinc 50mg.. 0:04 2 copper 2mg ..k2 with mk7 100mcg...and magnesium 150mg..1 clove of fresh garlic with cold pessed extra virgin olive oil in a dark glass bottle..organtic..she takes this in the morning before eating! If by chance it's too much? on your empty stomach ..then eat some blueberries or blackberries..cherry's or carrot or celery sticks! You repeat this process again around 8 oclock at the earliest..the later the better!9or10 yes you'll be fasting! Then for dinner only lean steak(grassfed) preferably! Or chicken breast or chicken no skin..with kale and spinach salad ..cabbage and berries cucumber celery carrots broccoli this is what she pretty much eats every day! Then at night before bed..she has her blueberries and blackberries and strawberries and cherries..with again!! 5D3..4 Curcumin (not turmeric by the way!) Turmeric is good! But Curcumin is the potent source of the healing process and again make sure the supplement has pepperine! And the k2 and magnesium zinc and copper! Then please try! to get at least 8 hours of rem sleep! And find out if you don't know? How big is your tumor? Then start this process immediately! And within month? 2 maybe? You're ctscan should hopefully show you and your doctor a surprise!❤ my wife's doctor's were actually shocked! ..also my wife is drinking bottled water and green muatcha(spelling?) Black..chauga..and Turkey tail teas all in one tea pot! 3 times a day..when your fasting though the day..drink water tea..and if your tummy get nauseous eat your berries or vegetables! No dairy by the way! We were told to get things in order! 5 kids 4 grandchildren cats dogs😂 and that was two years ago! They say she's in rumination..but not out of the woods in any means! This of course is just a couple of suggestions! Any problems or unusual body issues..contact your doctor or health professional! It's pretty restricted process! But everyone can't believe how my beautiful Barabra is looking/feeling ❤ good luck Dear and stay positive! and strong! Oh.. p.s. exercise but just lightly whatever you can do!?
