    I’ve been listening to you for about 6-8 months and I just want you to know that you have saved my life . Or I should say , you helped me save myself !!! Thank you so much for all you do !!❤

      You absolutely did save yourself because you took the steps to find what would help you. We each have a capacity to help ourselves but it doesn't stop us from taking a helping hand - or voice - for extra support too. I hope you appreciate your own inner strength too! Best wishes, Sarah

    Your work just goes deeper and deeper and more refined. It resonates on a rational level with me at the top of my being, but more importantly on what I can only describe as an ocean of connection. There, the effect is profound. I'm fortunate and grateful.

    I really hope that I can move into a loving and more positive frame of mind. I feel trapped due to COVID, and now have a neighbour who is reacting to me in a very passive aggressive way. I have really lost perspective, and worry that I’ve created a negative living environment:(

    Hi Sara, I was meditating and I finally found my cause of my fear and I felt it and saw a picture of it in my head. I literally was believing that I was the issue in elementary school. Kids would pick on me and I literally thought it was me and you saying it was not it’s how they see it because it is they way they think.
    I truly appreciate this meditation. I be using again everyday to explore the fears and emotions and what made me feel like I did.
    Thank you beautiful soul 🦋

      You are so welcome. So happy you reached a breakthrough. Perception is reality. When we shift our perception, our life changes too. I hope you see yourself with kind eyes now and realise you are not a "problem". It's amazing how society can blame the bullied yet not hold bullies accountable. I am sorry did not receive support at the time but I am here to support you now. Best to you, Sarah 💛

      @@unlockyourlife I truly appreciate your support I do. It’s sad how kids treat kids like that but I understand it’s not their fault it’s how they believe what they see. I have been using one of your meditations it’s releasing emotions that are suppressed. It really has been helping me release the emotions that were stuck inside of my body and mind.
      I am feeling better each day and I be using your meditations to help heal.
      I do have a question about anger and not sure if I am handling it right. But i get mad and i yell or throw a rag or something because it helps me release. Not sure if there’s a better way? I would appreciate suggestions 🙏🏼
      Again thank you beautiful soul 💜

    Thank you so much for all that you do. Your insight, presentation and caring way are wonderful, and for me, very effective. I've listened to a number of your videos and they all have taught and helped me.This one resonates with me over and over again. I've been in CBT therapy for about 6 months and this video is the perfect reinforcement of much of what I've learned in therapy. Your combination of hypnosis and CBT calms me, and makes it so much easier to hear, acknowledge and accept your teachings.Again, thank you for your guidance and acceptance. Best wishes always

    I always end up falling fast asleep is that okay? This is me only on the 3rd night of listening , it’s just so soothing and peaceful.
    I don’t like to state or label I have anxiety because when we label ourselves with anxiety we start to consume more of what it is and what it does to us. So I like to say I’m a tad shy lol. But I work with the public all the time and work can be hard and long but it’s so worth it helping people look their best. I always get a little shy when I’m going somewhere new and leaving a location to go somewhere else and I do however get shy on dates and meeting people even in a social gathering. So could this help the more I listen?

    • @unlockyourlife
      @unlockyourlife  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Dean, as I mentioned in my latest release for depression "you may have thoughts but are not your thoughts, you may feel depression, but you are not your depression" and the same for anxiety. I don't label anyone, but video titles help people find my work. As you well note, even in the mental health profession there's a lot of labelling in ways that are not helpful. From what you've described, I'd actually suggest my Sleep Hypnosis for Confidence and one or both of my sessions for social anxiety. This session is more about negative thinking in how we speak to ourselves, catastrophic thinking, "black and white" thinking and so on. Hope you find what you need in one or more of the videos, Sarah

    can i ask... is reprogramming your mind and ongoing process?

    • @Divine_Guidance_Coaching
      @Divine_Guidance_Coaching ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it is. We are constantly being programmed by our environment. Like taking a bath or brushing your teeth, it's not a one-time job. Mind management is an ongoing journey. Enjoy the ride 😊
