I doubt that he could, if he was actually feeling the physical pain and mental damage in the same way that batman felt it, because of batman's resolve and the fact that superman hasn't been through the same shit that batman has

All because Joker feels he can't truly exist without Batman, so he effectively kept him in a dark corner of his mind where he's still there, but not occupying his thoughts
I believe Aquaman mentioned in Aquaman #15 that an Alpha level threat is a threat to the entire planet, but this is not limited to innate power but influence and resources as well. So DC does have a class based power measurement system.
Rob, thank you for showcasing more DC's powerhouses besides superman so people can understand range and level in abilities. This version of Joker is super op.

While I like the idea the problem is that some DC characters are effectively Omega level but rarely use their powers to the fullest. For example, with the power of the GL corp Parallax Hal was able to destroy the then current DCU. It was later shown that Kyle had much the same power as he unintentionally crated a villain called Oblivion and five GLs to help him defeat the villain he had created. Regarding Mxyzptlk he comments that the being responsible for creating the Post-Flashpoint DCU is even more powerful then he is whom we assume is Dr. Manhattan Then there is Dominus who could seemingly distort reality based on a person's thought. Dominus was able to split Superman into four beings, each in their own period of history: Golden Age, Silver Age, Bronze Age, and 2999 that did not have a Legion of Super Heroes. Finally there is the Time Trapper who was able to create a copy of the main DCU and then "pruned" it down to just Earth and Krypton.
