  • Hey everyone! 🌟 It's been 6 weeks since my surgery, and I'm feeling stronger every day! 💃✨ The journey hasn't been easy, but every step forward is a victory. 💖
    Here's what I've been up to:
    Healing Process: The recovery has been steady. I’m taking it one day at a time, and my body is responding well. 🛌💤
    Physical Therapy: My physical therapy sessions are intense, but I can feel the progress. Each stretch and exercise brings me closer to full mobility. 🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♂️
    Diet & Nutrition: Sticking to a balanced diet to fuel my recovery. Eating right makes a huge difference! 🥗🍎
    Support System: Couldn't have done it without my amazing support system - friends, family, and all of you! Your encouragement keeps me going. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💞

    What kind of rotator cuff work did they say you can do?

      Mostly rotation “ins and outs” I’m not pushing too much being careful not to put any stress on the bicep.
