I am 73 years old. On my first ride I just wanted to go a mile or two to see if I could figure it all out. This bike was so amazing and easy I went 26 miles and wanted to go more. The thing I like the most is that you just get on it and petal. No shifting gears. When I stop at an intersection you can just go, no more forgetting to put the bike back in first gear before you stop. All of that is automatic. I love the location of the thumb throttle but frankly I never use it. there is no need to use it because the bike is so easy to petal. I cant say enough good things about this bike - I absolutely love it.
This is not a very good video. It assumes people understand parts of a bike. For instance, it says "check that the end cap is on the hub". What is an end cap? It also mentions the "drive side of the bike" without explaining what that is.

The torquing is intimidating to me
