  • Hope you enjoy this heart opening/ backbend focused class. This strong + slow flow will give you a full body opening + strengthening - we work the core, arms, legs, spine and chest. This intermediate class is at a slower pace, giving you the opportunity to focus on your breath + explore more challenging poses with awareness + intention.

    It was a nice and peaceful flow, I really enjoyed it😀 As my hamstrings were quite open, I tried visvamitrasana during the modified side planks but...my body wasn't ok with this pose today ! Not a big deal, will try again another day😉

    My favorite so far! Finally had the time (weekend) to do this flow! In the short time since I have stumbled across your channel, I can feel amazing results in the strength of my upper body, the opening in my chest and upper back, working on correcting my posture. I was shocked to go into full wheel pose with straight arms! It’s taken me sooooooo long to get to that point. I am grateful for your amazing practices and especially the short ones I can fit in daily during the office workweek. I’d love to see some yin to vin flows - 40-45 minutes. Namaste!
